I am not tired even after constantly posting and posting.. why are you tired bro?

But let me guess... most traders are trying to brain force the chart. Like telekinesis.. Traders are often (and unknowingly) trying to move the candle or price into the direction they need it to be via brain power. We all probably tried to move objects by thinking and straining our eyes to move an object when we were kids lol. So I think that's where most of the tiredness comes from.

Instead, build a system. Follow the rules and let the system decide. Don't try to micro manage orders while watching. Or even better: don't watch and just let things unfold and check from time to time.

Yeah when we were kids; I can relate to that. And I blame the too much media attention given those years to charlatans the likes of Uri Geller!

1. My brother Atta, thank you so much for your concern.
2. Your words are absolutely correct and logical. I understand what you mean, and I am fully committed to my plan. I always try to be mentally alert when analyzing the chart. However, I wasn't today.
3. When I opened the chart today, my expectation was clearly for an upward move, but the market started moving very strongly and fluctuating wildly, even though the chart clearly showed an upward trend. Because of these movements, I started monitoring each candle individually. As a result, I won one trade and lost two.
4. I try to be very knowledgeable about what I'm doing, but what hinders me is the large price movements.

All well brother.. we are in the same boat no worries... bad and troubled days are part of the business.. as long as you know your weaknesses you will address them and fix them I know.. What matters most is that: we stayed alive for another day!

For me, guys, everything that happened today was just a friendly match between the bulls and the bears. But overall, the trend on the H1 chart is short-term and upward. As long as prices open above the 1.15350 level, I have little appetite for selling.

Quick Recap

Today I was mostly a seller on M15... I relied on my basic H4 chart.. I kept it simple.. Left all the fancy financial BS talk behind..

~1.1560 was key resistance and we kept selling there. Most days it works perfectly and rarely, like today, we might face choppiness and indecision. All well! Nothing to complain.

Just.... Keep it simple!
