Your report data is the New one for ast week right.
Long -7K and short +11K. Its mean euro is weak (they adding lot of short and throw long)

Now let see the bias (attached pictures with arrow) Yep.. Bias is short but now is steady and consolidation ATM. Could be strong (yes) could be weak (yes) ..

I combine this data with price action.. We are below yearly open ATM. So.. Big picture and market structure still bear.. Np need in hurry to go long eu
