The idea is good, probably the biggest competitor to Project-X, but right now it’s still too beta. I stopped using it and went back to Tradovate. Order execution during volatile periods has delays, sometimes several seconds. Very bad for closing manually, you get the different price. One time I couldn’t see my buy limit orders, so I placed them again, four times in total, and then suddenly realized all of them had been filled. That was the final straw for me.
One day, when the growing pains are fixed, it’ll probably be a good platform, but right now I wouldn’t recommend it.


Also read the Trustpilot reviews, a lot of people seem to be having problems with it.

Running some numbers on the direct funded futures accounts....smaller accounts blow away the larger ones due to 2 factors

2. The % you can actually take vs. what you made.
They lure you with the price per DD to make it appear as if the $150K is the far better deal, but here is the reality......
25K and 50K require a 1.5 profit to max loss to achieve first payout and you get to keep 66.7 % of it.
150K requires a 1.8 profit for first payout and you only get 33.3% of it, this does increase to 77.7% on payouts 4+, but the 25 and 50 incease to 100%
Far better to copy 3 50K accounts and pull 6K payouts 1-3 and $7500 payout 4+ than 3K(1-3) and $3500(4+)
Initial cost is about 20% less than double, but you pull 33K vs. 16K
I used Tradeify and Lucid as they are the two most popular and just about identical....Lucid does have a clause of only 5 payouts and then they review you for live, but may not actually give you a live account.
Of course you could also copy 5 50K which would pay 55K, which is better than 3 150K at 48K...here's the kicker on that one ....initial cost $40 higher.

Well, my plan is to risk 300 per day to make 500 per day.

Is there anyone here who still trades with Apex?
I wonder if they really improved and are more reliable after all of those rule changes.

depends on the side you dont hold the rules, when you makes 1000 per day with risk 300 per day still ok to break this plan

It’s not okay, my friend.
That’s how bad habits slowly creep in without you even realizing it — and once they become ingrained, they’re not easy to get rid of.
However, instead of breaking the rule, you could modify the system using the reverse approach

you think by planing risk 300 per day to make 500 per day and get risk 300 per day to make 1000 per day is breaking the rules?
you can never say exactly what is the money you win ,at maximum you can with a high chance say the maximum you will lose, so get better result with same planed risk is not wrong plan.

sure, i would add on "trading system with positive expectation value" or arguing with trading sytem is necessary.
same for wrong plan, when not done good arguing is necessary. many have talents to make wrong trading plans from good trading systems.

details matter a lot to this sentence "plan your trade and trade your plan", but i like this sentence too. but never regardless of result (regardless of result for one or some trades... thats again fine with add on this detail) - result matter a lot!

IMO, a good trade is one where you follow your plan, even if it ends in a loss.
A bad trade is one where you break your rules, even if it profits. Random wins can quietly build bad habits over time.
Stay focused on the long-term edge, not short-term noise — unless the data proves your strategy no longer works.

That's all fine and dandy, but we must ensure we preface this with actually having a defined plan and that where 98.234% of the people on FF go awry.

Take this fool named ZAPPA on some rando bitcoin thread. Guy in his bio claims 'technical analysis" then you watch 45 posts a day and there is NOTHING there that has been vetted or followed, unless it's his constantly complaining about manipulation...lol.

These clowns, and ZAPPA in particular are convinced beyond convinced they have a plan it works and that they're not just wasting their time.... like he actually believes that that mess he calls a 'system' is somehow going to out-return a simple SPX buy and hold.

The child ZAPPA, is daft. Now just multiply that 19,000 times and yet get a trading forum FULL of people just like ZAPPA. lol. It is goddamn hilarious. Clueless.

The guy literally has ZERO CLUE what a system is. And he is typical!

I've had a few payouts on their EOD accounts but then without further notice was blocked from purchasing new EOD accounts ...

Anyone already had problem on FTMO payout ? Use it since more than 3 years and never had problems but already heard stories aboit that

That kind of real experience with Tradesea saves people time and money
Execution issues during volatile sessions are a dealbreaker
Especially when you cannot trust your fills or see your orders
Going back to Tradovate makes sense if stability is priority
I had similar issues testing a new platform last year
What helped was tracking slippage and missed fills across platforms

Seeing alot of girls instas and tiktoks about starting treading journeys in prop firms, insteresting is that the worst or influencer owned prop firms, i guess is this way of those prop firms doing marketing
Interesting is they start their journey is with alot of affiliate links for shady prop firms like goatfunded, ckcapital ect
