the market could be ranging so some of these trades against the ideal would help you for a short while but long term it's not advisable unless you are sure market is ranging or you don't know market is showing bearish signal maybe you are ignorant or newbie

if you check my chart i have marked almost every zone that reject price but it doesn't mean i will buy on those demand zones even if I know market is bearish

Now that the move happened already everyone is showing his experienced muscle and sharing their expertise but this was not a sudden sell, market started showing signals yesterday but they were blind by then and they are now selling at 4430 and market is already punishing them because it knows how most retailers trade so it clear liquidity before the sell again.

Now that it cleared liquidity it's selling again and this is trading not your football betting
