Yes, would be good. They do now have C-Trader available for the free trial (rather than just for the Challenge etc.), though, so that's a big improvement.

Dirtbags at REV ONE somehow got a pic of me, then used AI, then posted it on their website as someone who got paid. How did they get my pic? Selfie from the KYC? Are you kidding me. Not my shirt and my moustache is never untrimmed.

Still don't have the dashboard up so no way to check leaderboard, revenue pool, or request a payout but they have plenty of time to pimp out their pathetic
futures plan?

I'm going on 2 weeks with no access to Discord. Maybe someone can pop in there(I nominate pipmaster for the job) and ask what's going on with the dashboard and how can trader's request a payout without it?

Lucid has -50% promo again. 2 accounts per person.

I’d recommend using codes that actually give something back to you as well.
For example, I use the WISE code (not an affiliate), because if you reach a payout using that code, WISE gives the trader the next account for free. Lately I’ve been using the Lucid 25k Flexi, and after the first payout I’ll get another 25k Flexi account for free.

Funny, after they read my review of them on here they suddenly got an about page. "The prop trading industry has a trust problem". REV SCUM to the rescue with their 15 thousand free 10K accounts that they decided to renege on any payments. We don't believe in the evaluation model that preys on losers to pay the winners. Well, until we have no revenue then it's full speed ahead with same futures model that everyone else uses.

I want to understand how the discount thing works at Lucid. They are always giving out 50% of the discounts and if everyone is taking payouts from them and then how are they surviving?

Hey Mr. Expo! I see you as someone who has extensive knowledge, not just in the prop firm game but in the trading world. I assume you have already done a Hola prime review. If you have, could you, or someone in the thread, please quote it for me and if not, could you please do a Hola prime review?

Last 50% was few month ago.
Lucid is the fastest-growing prop firm right now, good pricing and solid conditions. Their evals probably bring in serious money. Only around 1% of purchased accounts actually make it to payouts anyway. And most prop firms usually have a lifetime payout cap, like $100k or something similar. On top of that, if you blow a live account at Lucid, afterwards you can only buy the more expensive Lucid MaXXX accounts.

A prop firm is not an unlimited money printer.

Sometimes when I look at social media, I wonder how those traders showing huge payouts can keep trading with the same big prop firms for years — their max payout limits should’ve been reached long ago. Something feels off there.

Could you dive a bit deeper and elaborate the "different strategies" part? Is it different way of trading? different pairs? different sessions? What constitutes a "strategy" is the answer I'm looking for if you'd be kind to take the time out of your day and explain Also, the payout reputations is a big magnet for me,

I'm on 5%ers currently, 1st payout and they've kept it on hold for 4 days with an online risk management scheduled end of the week, SINCE THIS MONDAY! In doing so, they've held both my 10k funded, and 5k eval on hold. I can't open any trades so that's essentially 5-6 trading days GONE.

I am only in stage 1 of the eval, so no payout yet. However, to advocate transparency, they have been indepently reviewed and the results were no payout denials and like 99% of payouts under an hour. Of course, this is filtered for "those who followed the rules"
"Max allocation per trader/strategy" is pretty universal accross the FOREX props, FTMO, for example, is 400K, so they will allow you to execute the same exact trades in 2 *200K. Hola Prime max allocation before scaling is 500K,but only 200K per strat, so tradeds must be different if you're going beyond the 200K.
It goes along the lines of most of them prohibiting or highly discouraging the use of EAs, so the max allocation per strat goes beyond just one trader.
It is all done to limit their risk/exposure (all firms)....common sense would suggest against losses..... multiple accounts/ traders with same strat. However, in the case of the props, it's risk/exposure against winners....as a winning trader is the prop's liablity in this model, not a losing trader.
On the contrary, futures props will allow you to copy multiple accounts and almost all allow multiple firm copying as well. It truly is extremely clever marketing as they have so many barriers specifically designed to make you fail on the futures side....the big one is trailing DD....there is simply no other case that can be made other than it is ONLY there to make you fail.....I can no longer even count how many futures accounts I've blown despite the balance being above what I purchased.
With all of that being siad, simply understand what you ae purchasing, and adjust your trading accordingly. Trailing DD can be beat, but there is definitely a specific skill set required.
IMO, diversification is the key. I'm just getting back into the forex props after the disaster here in the US. On the futures side, I think much better to trade 1-2 accounts and copy at 15 different firms, then multiple accounts at one firm, due to getting "less screwed" when they move you to live.
I have 3 Darwinex accounts, which, IMO, is the most stable path to true long term funding. However, much lower split due to it being REAL.
Lot of options out there which should allow one to choose what suits their trading personality as opposed to having to change to fit the firms personality.

WOW! Thank you so much once again pipmaster! I understood of all that really well. I do agree aswell, I think propfirm diversification is KEY! But looking at the CFDs space, there's only a handful of firms that are even reliable. I'm in it for the longer term game, so scaling is definitely going to be majority of my journey in the next few months.

I do need to research more on the strategy and learn a way to comply. If it means 200k on GU and 200k on EU works, then that's that. Will figure out a way.

have hola pro's 10k account currently, still at phase 1 but because I'm more of an intraday I needed that 100x leverage. Also another thing to add to your assessment would be the minimum trading days required in each of the two phases is as little as 2 days! and it doesn't have to be profitable days either!
