Japanese Candlestick Patterns on D1

  1. First we had a Bullish Engulfing recently and I anticipated a revisit to its lows. That dip sort of happened. Bears tried to reach the bottom area ~1.1650, but ended up only reaching ~1.1670 levels.. Which is still enough for me to see it as a valid dip.
  2. Next, I am now noticing a Morning Star candlestick pattern forming. If today's candle can close around 1.1740/50, I would definitely stay bullish and try to buy dips tomorrow.
  3. If today's candle closes below 1.1717, that would cancel my morning star pattern idea.
  4. As a result: Once/if today's D1 candle (i.e. Wednesday candle) closes, we must check if it has printed a valid morning star pattern. If so, I am planning to chase longs tomorrow. 1.1717 will become main support.

Hopes of a de-escalation in the US-Iran conflict have dampened demand for the safe-haven USD. Markets are starting to consider the ECB's potential hawkishness, as inflation in Europe remains quite high. The USD hasn't weakened significantly, US economic data remains relatively strong, and the Fed hasn't signaled an interest rate cut.

I already gave entry point if you want to go short... But if you are in a hurry, then the level 1.1722 will probably slap you terribly.. Try if you want to suffer lol... Only AFTER a D1 candle closes below 1.1722 I can consider selling..

I'm buying, the price reacted out of range so I didn't expect it to react but it did, I was thinking of buying lower but hey, it won't come so since I'm buying my target is 1.18021 from now on
