Quick DAILY Outlook: When I look at the latest 5 candles coming right AFTER the bearish breakout, I am noticing that bulls tried to climb back into the broken trendline but couldn't do much. What bulls did is this: 1) At least they succeeded to stay above 1.1664 (for now) 2) And they still could be actively targeting 1.1735 area with new attacks.. For tomorrow, all I am caring for is 1.1664 support and 1.1735 resistance.. Under normal conditions, what I would expect is pretty straightforward: Bears had a breakout and now they need continuation! Their obstacle is 1.1664... (Bearish breakout from the descending triangle is the expected course!) But if that bearish breakout from bullish trendline was fake, then bulls also would want to force for continuation... Their nearest obstacle is 1.1735 for tomorrow.. and after that a thick yellow zone is waiting to stop them... As a result: The descending triangle (often recognized as a bearish pattern) needs a breakout and therefore trade extra careful until it happens! My two cents {image}
