The 4h TF shows rejection to me, but important thing to notice is PDL at the bottom of the rejection too.

But in 1m TF i see weakness in going up, its moving under the EMA for a long time and EMA is pushing price to lower levels.

It can be interpreted both ways: either its building up momentum for a big move down or its just a consolidation zone over the PDL for a move up.

(im considering short, but i guess it needs more confirmations)

Well first time replying to you bro . since we are strangers but i'd like to share my thoughs over your thread. well according to me mostly people are juming in curenty into sell side trade . even though there is still an unsweeped area above. if marker desides to go to that area then it would be a nice drop in Highre Timefarme .
wha are your opinions about it. My POV is according to MSNR
