The "sell side's" been helping with that lately.

Edit: maybe I'm wrong... price just fell thru the huge mass of sellers that entered in the low 90's, but it looks like it's stopping a little below the 87.5 level. Could be sellers (who rode out the rise above 1.1700) trying to get out with small profit.

And... the Iran just said something nice to the Emirates.
But wait, there's more good news... from the US. Ha!
