EURUSD is showing a massive V-reversal. We just cleared the 1.17316 level, and as long as we stay above, the H4 body remains firmly bullish. My red defense lines at 1.1722, 1.1692, and 1.1681 are the key support zones. If the bears can’t print a close below these, the path of least resistance is up.

If the bulls can get to around 1.1765 tommorow we should see somewhat of a quick surge up as those bears from several days of trading who are hiding their stops behind that april 22nd swing will get their shorts liquidated as the stops are hit, and those stops will turn to buys orders upon getting triggered, helping push price higher. we will also see some breakout traders getting their pending long orders getting triggered too.. again helping push price up.

Agreed; and, coupled with the weakening of the us dollar, I wouldn’t rule out a possible friday continuation, however with decreased volatility tomorrow all is possible…

DXY meanwhile has kept dropping, nearly 17 pips in 3 hours, so the drop is quite significant to go unnoticed…

H1 Levels and Sweet Spots

  1. The bull channel is still intact. Volume has dropped. Not much movement and I stopped trading.
  2. As I already said: Bears must watch 1.1720 next! If drop happens we could have supportive action around 1.1708 which bears MUST defeat. Otherwise we can't have a bearish overtake.
  3. If 1.1735 area resists, bears still have to see a clear candle close below 1.1728 if they want to sell aggressively. I wouldn't do that but it can work. I have nothing against aggressive traders as long as they know what they are doing. Always seek for some backup whenever you try something new or aggressive.
  4. If the current bullish channel later widens, because robber banks often love to do that, we therefore watch 1.1708 as final support. If bears can break below that, I could continue selling. Just saying: Beware!

Anyway.. the chart speaks for itself.. go figure..

The ECB and the Fed remain on hold. However, the ECB strongly signals a potential rate hike starting in June due to rising inflation. Meanwhile, the USD weakened following Japan's intervention. A potential ECB rate hike would theoretically have a bullish impact on the euro, but it remains limited as there has been no concrete increase.

4H chart update - These are areas that can get hit. I wish i knew which one will get hit can only speculate.

Im bullish for today.

The only question I have is should I draw my equilibrium range from the bottom of the whole 4H leg, or from the recent 1H leg?
Because on the 1H it looks like we already filled the imbalance to the 50% level and pushed back up.

Either way I am gonna wait for my draws to be taken first, and for the bullish FVG to be hit. Then see if we have a reaction off of that.
I have pretty good draws as targets, EQ highs (on GBPUSD as well), LRL and PDH.

Firstly, I think it should test 1.178,a logical level of rise to.

Secondly, today technically speaking the US needs congressional authorisation and finance to continue the war in Iran. Even if they will try to bypass it, I imagine it will have to make the news.

Another massive H4 bullish candle is closing soon. It’s highly likely to finish strong. Naturally, I expect a run on the stop losses above 1.1750, followed by an attack on the 1.1770 level. A lot of traders are desperately looking for shorts here, even though there’s zero sign of a reversal. They’re fighting the tape. This short-covering is exactly what’s going to fuel the move toward 1.1750 and 1.1770. I’d rather ride the momentum of a bullish H4 body than guess where it ends

H1 Levels and Sweet Spots - Update

  1. No selling while candles open above 1.1725... H4 bulls are trying to break higher...
  2. Only stay alert because of the MACD divergence slowly forming! But watch widened channel too. As long as channel is intact, also no selling!

My take on eurusd is only that this upside isn't actually reversal but mere sideffect of japan intervention that sent dxy down
So basically buys are scalp only for now. Looking at gold today I don't think eurusd got real bullside for now it's being contained well
