REV ONE TRADING UPDATE: I'm going to preface this whole blithering blabberfest with a question about REV ONE's claim of total transparency. How can anyone really know how much revenue they are bringing in every week for the trader's pool? I'm not saying they aren't being honest or not but is there really any way to know? However, the bottom line for me is I like their model because it seems to me that it's completely sustainable and doesn't rely on failed evaluations to pay the winners. That is comforting. Even after delivering 27% profit, it still doesn’t meet the threshold for a live account or even a hypothetical payout. On that note, trading a personal account would have been more productive.

I'll preface this by saying that I think they have good intentions but their marketing with the free 10K account was beyond poorly planned and and may sink the ship before it leaves port. They gave out 15 thousand 10K accounts. Some took weeks to get their free accounts. That's 150 million dollars worth of free accounts with virtually NO revenue to pay anyone. So when it came time to pay they had to do something so they reneged on their promise and instead said , "actually, you have to meet all of the requirements first (including the nearly impossible .75PW requirement) and THEN you will get a 10K live account.
So their whole brand of "total transparency" and "no denied payouts" went up in flames along with their Trust Pilot reputation. Now you have 15 thousand disgruntled imbeciles that couldn't trade their way out of a paper bag that will supply a continual stream of bad reviews on TP. Now they will spend all their energy on trying to dig their way out a very deep hole to encourage people to buy live accounts. No revenue pool = no hope.
Of course REVONE recognized their dilemma and immediately admitted that they were wrong and should have NEVER changed their promise. Now they have said that the 10K accounts that are eligible will get paid. Problem is they aren't selling very many live accounts and the revenue is pool is miniscule.
This is the problem when it becomes so easy to pay for the infrastructure to open a prop. You might have a decent model but the people who are trying to implement the plan don't know anything about trading, business, or marketing.
Which brings me to the biggest red flag of all. They are registered as an LLC in Wyoming with a supposed office in New Jersey. Says 2 to 8 employees. Why Wyoming? Because you can register as "an agent" and never have to give out your identity.
So, the question is, why would you want anonymity? You have no ABOUT page, no TEAM page, no identity and yet you are branding your company as super transparent and the honest Abe Lincoln of the prop firm industry.
You would think you would want to put a human face or a team behind that brand. Of course, the owner could simply be a pimply faced teen who spends all day jerking off on Chaturbate. Either way, it's a bad look and not a good way to build the "we're so trustworthy" brand. One thing is for sure, it makes the rug pull much more convenient if it comes to that.
NOW, having said all of that, I did get paid $587 on my 50K live account for the first week of trading.
But it didn't happen that smoothly.
First of all, when I bought the account (as mentioned in my previous post) the checkout process forced me to pay $40 to have the "no consistency" add on before applying the 65% discount. Pretty ironic considering the discount code was "NOCONSISTENCY65". That's why I had to pay $108 instead of $94 like it says on the website pricing page. To top it off, when I got the account, there's still a 30% consistency metric on the account.
Anyways, by Wednesday last week I reached 53000 and the dashboard said I was eligible for a $964 payout on Friday. Cool! Then I noticed they had an add-on option that said you could lock in your payout amount if you paid $50. I paid it and decided not to open any trades on Thursday or Friday. Of course, as every hour passed for the rest of the week, my payout offer became less and less and ended up being only $350 by the end of trading on Friday. What happened? Well, exactly what I thought would happen. Other traders were making profits and getting a piece of that fixed revenue pie. Hence the reason I paid the $50 to lock in my $964. In the back of my mind when I bought the add-on I was saying to myself this makes no sense on REVONE's part. How are you going to lock in a payout amount when the revenue pool is fixed for the week?
So, I DM'ed Discord guy about my dwindling payout offer and he said that the add-on was to lock in your PW score which of course isn't true. I don't think he intentionally lied. It's clear that there is a total disconnect between the backend and the poor employees that have to deal with the 10,000 idiots that ask the same dumb questions 24/7
Here is the $20 add-on they are offering for my 10K account. Again, it makes NO sense at all to offer a payout lock for a fixed revenue pool. Of course, it's pretty obvious with all the ridiculous add-ons they offer are just an attempt to increase revenue. It's going to be a steep climb for them going forward.
Having said all of this I will give them credit where credit is due. Discord guy answered all of my DM's almost immediately while fielding 100s of dumb questions in the main chat from a bunch of free account leeches. He gave me the $50 refund for the add-on. Of course, I would have rather had the $964 payout as stated on the dashboard but at least I got the refund for th add-on.
Now, the funny part of all of this is that when the trading closed on Friday my payout was pegged at $350 but when I got paid yesterday the amount was for $587. I have NO idea where that number comes from but I'll take it
In summary, I still like the model it's just the free account marketing ploy was beyond idiotic and is going to put a damper on their reputation and revenue going forward. Also, the dashboard navigation needs to be more user friendly. Pimping the add-ons reeks of desperation especially since there seems to be a disconnect on the backend as far as the way they are supposed to function.
Then there's the "I only paid 100 bucks for 4000 in drawdown" which ultimately is irrelevant because if you used all that drawdown your PW will get spanked so it's not really a selling point anyways.
They offered me a free live 10K account if I posted my payout on Discord and on X. No problem. I'll pimp myself out 8 days a week
Turns out I could be the new face of REVONE

Total trading days was 12 + 1 (including yesterday EOD)
Total Green days was 8 + 1 (including yesterday EOD)
Highest DD was 1.7k
Highest Profit was 1.5k
Good luck to your challenge, Please pay attention to the DD. It has a huge impact on the PW calculation.
