Broker Experience: HF Markets Closed My Trades Without Market Price JustificationI’m sharing this to alert fellow traders and seek transparency from HF Markets.
On July 17, 2025, I held two EUR/USD positions (tickets:#3782118986 and #3787353534) with volume sizes of 8.88 and 4.44 lots. These trades were auto-stopped and executed at 1.15553, a price that—based on multiple independent sources including [TradingView, MetaTrader, Bloomberg etc.]—was not reached by the live market.
When I contacted HF Markets, they responded saying:
"Indicative prices only... insufficient liquidity was available... orders were worked through available liquidity levels..."
However, I reviewed my trading records and price charts, and confirmed that EUR/USD never dipped to 1.15553 at that time. Even if liquidity was thin, execution at a price not visible in the real market raises serious concerns.
I requested:
- Execution logs with timestamped price data
- Liquidity snapshots
- A full audit of how trades were routed
As of now, HF Markets has not responded further, nor have they reinstated the trades.
I have screenshots backing my case and I’m preparing a formal complaint to the relevant regulator. If you're trading through HF Markets, please exercise caution and ensure transparency in order execution.
