DislikedAre there any investors here who use Darwinex instead of trading? Darwinex INDX seems like a good thing. I'd probably even get more out of that than from my own trading, haha. Duration (since inception): 4,9 years Return (since inception): 302.84% Max Drawdown (since inception): -12.27%Ignored
this correct calculation is important .or you will get total wrong numbers as investor. for example when you calculate Thales THA you get around 300% win from beginning and only around 100% when done since validation date (so very big difference, and much much lower against Nasdaq, MSCI world, S&P ETF buy and hold, and here the tax disadvantage you even need to reduce from the win additionally!) . same of course with any Darwin where the cherry picking timing for get a darwin is inside calculation time of performance.
the investor game is total different. its hard to find any Darwin that is longterm better than buy and hold Nasdaq ETF. That is normal, because its very hard to be even only be better than a good standard market win benchmark. even against MSCI world you will see not a lot win. So you need to learn and know exactly how to compare with a standard benchmark (where would you invest the money when you just want the standard longterm market average win) , understand where the edge is and how they pay for this edge and then you can decide. very easy to say, but 99% will not know how to do.
if someone know some good investable Darwin names (at least some years should be there already) , would be good to hear it.
