Just noticed the 5%ers have a new "lower cost" high stakes offering.....for about $60 less, target in phase 1 is 10% (like FTMO) vs. 8%.
Wouldn't happen with the (mostly) high intelligence level in this thread, but I'm sure many will fall for it.
Simple math shows that extra 2% you need to get would pay you $1600 as you would already be funded.
Hmmm, give up $1,600 to save $60....yep, sounds like a great deal!

Which model would be your pick between the two?

Option A: $555 for 100K
1 Step
Target 10%
ML 6% (Static)
DL 3% (EOD trailing)
Min Trading Days 3 days
Leverage 1:30

Option B: $400 for 100k
2 Step
Target 6% and 6%
ML 6% (Static)
DL 3% (EOD trailing)
Min Trading Days: 1 Day
Leverage 1:100

B, hands down.
First thing to ALWAYS consider....what are the conditions after passing. B gives you higher leverage, personally would never come close to it, but it is available.
In this case, the DD is the same on both, but in alot of cases, the DD on the 1 step is much lower....it will carry to the funded account.
Usually the 1 step has the trailing and the 2 step static, this firm seems very tricky with the static on the max and the trail on the daily loss.
Step 1 as well, is requiring 10% to pass anyway, only 2% lower than the 6 and 6 in the 2 step.
These firms are very, very clever at marketing.

That January dd really did me in (JPY intervention).
Not getting rich from DZ any time soon.

A very helpful tool indeed. However, it’s important to remember that the efficiency and accuracy of the output depend heavily on the user’s prompt. It can read the prompt — not the user’s mind.

Equally important is validating the output rather than accepting it blindly.

Not there yet with 5%ers.

Was looking at FTMO, but did not get any info if the use of EA and Trade copier are allowed. Nothing is mentioned in the FAQ.

Yes, I copy via TradersConnect and they issued notice saying several big prop servers went down and there was a lot of load reconnecting ( I’m no tech head as you can tell ) Sometimes I wonder whether the extra ten bucks for ctrader with 5ers would be cheap insurance?

Is it possible to access the same account through both platform? Then, I wouldn't mind paying extra bucks.
Otherwise... same thing can happen for ctrader too? specially if the datafeed is the issue.

I believe it’s a one or the other situation with the trade software, unfortunately.

Hey guys, I'm trying to open an order on Tradovate, but it keeps rejecting my order.

I'm trading e-micro gold (MGCJ6) and trying to open a market order and it keeps saying order rejected, but I can't see why it would be rejected?

I haven't used TV in a while not since ProjectX closed down, so I'm still trying to figure things out again, but I don't remember having this kind of issue before.

What am I missing here? Thanks.

Some firms banned the trading of metals. Maybe that's the reason?
