this indicator i got (no credit to me) from other place on FF might be useful, it helps me. It draws a line for the break even when you have several trades open and you can also draw a line for the profit target (value can be changed)

Survived!!

Was doing well until I entered too early on the bear run and had to close some sells in the red. However my experience on news friday, tends to work out in the end.

Tyross the price -100 is really interesting. On M5 EURUSD, Black = Price -100 (M5 100 sma), Blue Price -20 (M1 100 sma). Instead of plotting as a line just shift the price to show where the line would be on the current bar. When these gaps open up between the two, there is often a reversal at a minimum to the M5 100 sma.

That’s very interesting, it does indeed look like a cyclical pattern. Ichimoku works this way by projecting some of its components into the past and the future. I’ve never looked for this cycle in my own system; I’m going to look into it this weekend. Thanks, Ronin.

out of curiosity why were you guys buying in that leg down, that is market as 11:00 in ronin chart and 17:00 in birdland's chart?

because of the widening of MAs and the distance from them getting larger. its pure KoF. have you watched some videos of him?

i also used as a confirmation the daily S1

I learned a lot from his videos and internalized it, in Dezember 25 i started watching them. Then demo trading and now when i take the first initial trade its like a reflex, i dont even think about in this moment.

Looking for exhaustion away from the mean, be it a 100 sma, 200 ema, whichever MA period, mode and method you prefer. Vertical candles as Tyross states. Still enter and close too early on too many occassions. Trading style = mean revertist. Have not looked at KoF, trading to mean seems natural to me. Everyone see the markets differently. Have a great evening / morning everyone.

I was wondering how the massive market open gap would be closed...... by someone opening their mouth!
