The 1.18–1.1820 zone has held for now, and I am now waiting for the 1.1850–60 area to go short, which I had actually expected already this morning. Whether price will still manage to reach that zone remains to be seen. If it turns down earlier, I will go short accordingly, but there is no rush.

My strategy involves buying twice, one with a close TP and the other with a far one.

Let's see how this reacts to 1.185 - previous support often becomes resistance.

I have a feeling this will be a good place to take profits if you are long.

Pair E/U is nearing net positive territory for the day. Up another .04% will do it. Momentum will shift IMHO if that happens.

honestly I would’ve never thought it would have come back that strong, as I was holding a short way below.
After further analysis, I just discovered that my original tp was literally the 4hr swing low, which was perfect, however, I got too confident and moved it at 1.176, thinking it would have never revisited the upper areas, so I was expecting a retracement upwards, but this much momentum this late is a surprise to me…

That's a shame bro, did you manage to get any profits? The market can be dumber than we expect at all times unfortunately.

One rule that worked for me starting out was: wherever you are going to place your stop loss is where you should open your position.

As stated earlier, I had been suspicious about the initial rise from February 9 and therefore looked for short opportunities. After the revisit of ~1.18 and the subsequent bounce, I’m switching to the bullish side as long as we hold above 1.1812.
I’ll look for a long entry around 1.1830.
When the trumpet sounds, you won't be able to hear the techno anymore.

Sold at 1.185ish when Pips started falling off. Big boys need a retracement to beat up longs that haven't paid their tuition. Look to reenter around 1.183 if price makes that far back to sweep Bulls up. If this is the 'bottom' they will start building orderbooks to sell at higher prices. This pullback off 1.185 is a clue how strong is the reversal to being really bullish or just another fake out and trap for more longs? IMHO

Another one of these.... Price got hung up at 1.1850 with lots of trapped Longs (resistance) from today and several days prior making it a 'gargantuan' leap to go higher. (So says Grasshopper)
