I need some honest feedback from experienced traders here. On one account I'm up around +0.5% from a 6% peak. On another account I'm sitting at -4% overall. The frustrating part is not the numbers. The frustrating part is my behaviour. I've been trading consistently for 2 years. I've performed well before. I've passed a prop firm. I know how to execute properly. I know my setups. But sometimes I shift from being a disciplined trader to almost gambling. It feels like FOMO or maybe overconfidence after a good phase. One moment I'm following my plan....
