If the price goes down and the volume remains as it is, the next purchase would be in the white-marked zone.
This is very clear because, for now, it is the region with the highest buyer positioning.
The volume profile reflects the opening of interest from buyers and sellers.
This means that yes, many orders are there. Upon reaching that level, if there is not enough selling pressure to absorb all those buy orders, buyers will push the price upward again.
My objective was exactly this: to know precisely the exact point where an order is technically safe to execute.
My goal today was to reach 40% profitability, but due to the hard work required to develop this indicator derived from flow volume, I might not achieve that. My target is 40% for 22 consecutive days, and thus surpass 2 million in profits.
Will it work? I don’t know, but I enjoy attempting the improbable.
The purchase announced yesterday traveled a long path for hours
I see little accumulation of buying volume at the top, so it seems that if the scenario really remains like this, I estimate it should return to the zone of greater buying volume before going back up. So I made a sale estimating that the price will drop until the right moment to buy again, and along the way I might profit a little.
Of course, if the scenario doesn’t change completely, because that can happen suddenly. The crucial point is to test how useful this indicator can be, so I’ve been carrying out operations to later check how much the losses were and how much the profits were, to determine whether it’s in the best mode or if I’ll need to make adjustments.
I’ve already set a limit buy order for when the price reaches the target. Then it should close the sell orders and execute the buy.
My buy order ended up not opening in the marked zone.
Due to the high volatility at the opening of the American market, my order stayed in the queue but unfortunately was not executed. I believe that at this moment it would already have reached close to the 40% I seek every day.
Let’s wait for the next one. The important thing is that the indicator showed in advance what was really going to happen.
Finally, the buy order opened, closed with profits, and returned to the buying region again. It also issued bars on the chart indicating strong buying pressure.
So it’s likely to respect this region a lot as long as the volume remains, just as happened yesterday when, after the impulse bars appeared, there was a significant price advance up to the all-time high.
This helps me understand and make adjustments to the indicator, with the goal of always updating it for maximum efficiency.
It’s a type of analysis and work that never ends.
It is extremely interesting to understand the reason why supports and resistances will not be respected and will certainly be broken.
And probably where a true opposite reaction will begin.
As magical as it may seem, it is possible to understand why many are losing money, giving away their precious earnings at levels that seem to make sense, but are actually traps intentionally created to deceive you.
On one hand, it is sad to know that many are losing money at this moment, and on the other hand, it is a great joy to be able to see what technically happens by analyzing the indicator data and avoiding traps, preferably putting some money in the pocket.
During this week I was trading through Metatrader on both computer and mobile.
The analyses were carried out on the computer, while the orders were opened via mobile. I chose this because on mobile the opening and closing of orders are faster, and my reaction time would also be quicker.
I also created another tool that is on the layout of the image on the right side of the screen, where with just one click on the keyboard I can open and close orders.
This helps me execute orders even faster than on mobile.
I have an action key to immediately open orders, close individual orders, or close all orders instantly. It also shows me the data of the open order for quick visualization. On the left side I use the TRENDS indicator, which I have already mentioned in another topic: it helps me understand the probable moment when we reach support and resistance zones and trendlines. This setup is all I have been using for performance in the last few days this week to achieve this insane result.
