Something Interesting Happened:
The red candle touched the resistance at the opening.
The selling volume was -19, very high for a common candle.
This already shows that the number of sellers at this resistance is very large.
Later, the price returned to this region and even broke through.
But notice how the delta value of this candle is only +1, indicating that despite appearing to be a strong bullish candle, it does not have enough buyers to sustain this upward movement.
The only option left was to sell.

Example:
Strong bearish candle, but the first volume at its top was heavily buying.
Exactly at the resistance, it showed buyers +14.
When the price returned to this region and a new candle opened, there was no doubt that many buyers were present there.

The price was rising,
However, the delta was very negative.
This signaled that despite the upward movement, sellers were dominating the game.

DIJI Candle with Seller Predominance:
At first glance, it seems to have opened and closed at the same level.
However, the volume reveals the secret — sellers dominated.

Despite the buying delta,
Most of the trading volume was from buyers.
Yet sellers managed to prevail and push the price down, turning the candle into a bearish candle.
When this occurs, we trade in the same direction as the previous candle — downward.
This signal is incredibly accurate.

It happened again,
But unfortunately, I didn’t have time to trade it in time.

This is the type of signal
That I could spend the whole day trading only when it occurs.
I would come out very successful more than 90% of the time.

This signal is very interesting and very easy to find almost all the time.
Notice that we had the POCs/horizontal lines on the chart indicating that in this region there were many sellers.
When the candle reached these resistance lines, the value shown in the candle’s volume was also negative even though the candle was a bullish candle.

Something very interesting when analyzing volume is that when the volume inside the candle has many flaws, usually the opposite movement tends to be very fast and long.

We observed that a candle completely without volume emitted at the top of the bullish candle an absurd amount of volume at the last moment.
This indicates that the buyer placed there everything that was still missing to finish their purchase.
This may indicate a possible change of direction in the next candle.

Today I will talk about a very interesting and technical subject: the VOLUME GAP.
When the price moves so quickly that it creates jumps, leaving empty price regions that need to be filled later.
This is very interesting due to the volatility created when this happens, ideal for traders who trade candle retracements — when the price moves rapidly in one direction but, due to not finding enough traders, quickly returns to its normal movement.
This creates opportunities for us to trade and gain great advantage because we have access to see what happens inside the candle through the volume.
Notice how easy it becomes to identify these moments.

The price always tends to seek the region without volume to fill it.
As the volume region was at the bottom of the previous candle and a sell signal appeared, the only option left was to sell, since I already knew it would go down to reach this region without volume.
With the predominantly negative volume of the previous bullish candle, it clearly indicated that yes, this was the objective — to go down as much as possible.
