The chart has stabilized since Monday at 3:00 PM. Despite two signals indicating I should buy, I remain cautious because these are trend signals that are skewed by the pair's stabilization. I plan to enter a long or short position depending on whether or not the descending channel is broken.

Quick H4 Outlook

  1. To keep it simple: Bulls are currently focused on attacking 1.1850 area resistance to break out from steep bearish channel!
  2. If they succeed we can go higher. Otherwise bears will easily take back control.
  3. Therefore, watch the news effect today. If numbers help bulls, they can explode out of this channel. Nothing for sure yet!
  4. I will first try to look for bearish signs the closer we get to 1.1850 to take profit from longs and switch back to selling targeting 1.1815 area.
  5. BUT... if I don't see any signals, I could continue buying the moment I see bull power kicking in more and more.

Let's see how this day unfolds...

The scenario I foresee is: a price rise to 1.1843 before resuming a downward trend.

For the EURUSD pair, the price reached its first sell target, falling to the support level of 1.1804. However, as we can see, there was a false breakout of this level and a rebound upwards. Therefore, further growth is possible, targeting the resistance level of 1.1938.

I'm waiting for the break of the d1 candle from the day before yesterday in one direction, I hope the news will show the direction. At the moment for me it's an inside bar. After the breakout there will be plenty of opportunities for h4-h1 entry.

given price hasn’t even tapped into the imbalance left out at 1.19, I’ve basically remained bearish the whole time since the start of the week, supported by the powerful rejection of the 1.2x zone. I am thinking price is going to come down to the 1.74 zone globally, if bears are very strong, and from there, we will see how price moves… for now I would say some careful sells are the way to go
