Quick question. This will probably vary but do you guys trade in time blocks or do you watch the markets all day? I know the full time trader will probably be watching a lot. I live in England so I stick to 7:30-9am and 11:30-1pm. Thats my London and NY session. What I’m trying to see is how many trades do people catch during those time blocks and if I should add any other time slots to that?

like for example today lets say in theory that NY doesn’t make a move, sometimes the move happens around 3-5pm so do you guys stick around or just stick the time blocks?

Personally I would say cutting it at 1pm is short. For NY i stay around my desk till 2:30 pm'ish sometimes slightly longer if there is 3pm news

I trade 24/24 5/7 but I set alarms so I'm not constantly looking at my charts.

1.18079 is my current support zone. However currently, price is in the middle, it’s best to avoid any positions now, I would rather wait news in an hour, and see what happens then.

Price seems to have respected my previous support zone. 5m fvg formed, however I am waiting before entering due to news, I am expecting a potential sweep of the fvg, and a continuation of structure into the 1.188 zone…
