Is AUD/USD in an early upswing phase?
Of all currencies, gdp is most bullish from all major currencies. Only time will tell.

For the AUDUSD pair, the price was held back by the support level of 0.6900 during the downward pullback, which then bounced upward. The resistance level of 0.7032 could be the target for an upward move.

The "Hawkish Standout": AUD Strength

This week 9-13th-Feb-2026
While most G10 central banks are looking for reasons to cut, the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) just hiked the cash rate to 3.85% on February 3rd. This means Australia is battling a material pickup in inflation and a resilient labor market. This makes the AUD the cleanest "long" candidate against weaker peers for the whole week. I'll be posting whenever any opportunity arises.

For the AUDUSD pair, the 0.7035 support level proved quite strong, pushing the price higher. There was also an upward breakout of the local downtrend line on the H1 timeframe. I'm considering buying with a target of the 0.7140 resistance level.

its look like price can't pass 0.70980-0.71013. when price turn around 0.70825, i will take another buy. stoploss will be my first buy's entry 0.70685

0.70655 can be important, as you see on the screen. by the way i calculated and volume profile POC is 0.70655. this can be good for our buy positions.
And don't forget RBA Gov Bullock will speak today.

For the AUDUSD pair, the 0.7029 support level proved quite strong and continues to restrain the price from moving lower. I'm considering buying from this level with a target of the 0.7127 resistance level.

An ascending channel has formed on the AUDUSD pair on the H4 timeframe. The price has reached the upper boundary of this channel, from which a downward pullback is possible, targeting the support level of 0.7072.

I reckon they are too scared to raise the rates again so soon, they will just pull the usual wait & see how the war plays out, hoping for OIL to settle down.

And if they don't raise, markets will beat it like a rented mule, so with USD strength, should be easy money shorting all the AUD pairs.
