EURUSD & GBPUSD Ongoing Trades

Price formed a divergence and is heading to the upper band, where I'll harvest some. Let's see how this unfolds.

It's Monday price just dipped bellow previous low to form a divergence. My entry direction is long in accordance with the Higher TF, i.e., 4HR TF

Continuing with the Virtual Trades TE analysis

NZDJPY

Monthly TF: Uptrend in accordance with SMA

Weekly TF: There is a divergence. After breaking the TrendLine price has created a new low and is headed north!

Daily TF: After price forms a divergence and a new Higher Low on the Daily TF, in accordance with the Weekly Low price is headed upwards.

4HR: All sell trades are buying opportunities, exiting sell at BE/Cost anytime!

CADJPY

This is the reason any counter trade needs to be avoided, even if some pips can be ccaptured it's not worth it! The effort goes into catching trades in accordance with the trend, which takes some effort, but you'll always be worry-free and with lots of pips. You have to keep harvesting, and somehow it automatically starts showing you the right direction, how fast time has passed since I opened the new TE attached to this thread, hardly three days of trading, and the weekend. IMO any market is programmed to keep retail exhausted, but it follows a rethemic movement that can be captured in a smart way.

Say if Daily TF has a Higher Low oppourtunity there has to be a divergence on H4, then every time a new higher low is printed, stops/limits need to be avoided. Always harvest pips above 70, trading only in accordance with the trend. Favour big movement in favour of the trend, but price always remains mostly ready to reverse in the counter-trend direction. The difficult part is to be conscious about timings and weekdays to avoid unnecessary drawdown, as almost all the turns happen during the transition from weekend to weekdays. If you position your limits/stops wisely, the account will definitely head progressively towards positive.

NZDUSD

There is a TL Holding Price on Weekly TF that might be creating a new High on Weekly, and all the opportunities on 4HR were validated by entry criteria since it's NU the pip movement is not much, but still counts, on the TE attached to this thread, I have entered in the wrong direction so I'll just close the trades instead of holding counter since on This TE I'll be actively harvestin only in accordance with higher TF

I have closed it at Cost/BE, and also refrain from entering any trades until another entry criterion is met. This is the only losses that need to be incurred when only trading with the trend, these losses will be more than covered in no time!

EURNZD gave a lot of drawdown because of bad timing in entry and counter in accordance with H4, but there is a new Higher low printed on Daily and since in accordance with trend,, it would not be right to close these trades, so I can hold comfortably as long as long total number of trades are bellow 200

Initially, Drawdown also increased because I entered some long positions on JPY after the previous lower high gave enough profit, and another Higher Low has appeared, which I hope to close the above open trades as well. Other than this, I don't see any other things one should be cautious about. I'll try to avoid these mistakes and observe how the account progresses.

Also, my Virtual Funds TE has started to go negative since most of the trades are counter, hence continuation of the trend after it recovered an entire week, i.e., consolidation.

I thought I should mention this, as someone might ask why 200 trades when it’s possible to take even under 100 or 50. The reason is simple: there are 28 major currency pairs available to trade, and opportunities are often synchronised across them. Without this broader participation, trading activity can become stagnant toward the end of the month.

At the end of the day, this is about money, a safe and steady way to reach monthly and bi-monthly targets. The key is to evaluate expectations only after completing a full cycle of 50–70 days, as only from around day 10–15 will you start noticing positive results, which gives a realistic view of how efficient you can be within your own work schedule.

The market is definitely smarter; by confusing us with our own mistakes, this is probably the last aspect to understand about this strategy, as I believe I have covered everything I can think of. The market also knows we are anticipating a higher lowor lower high to execute our entries for what we know as swing trading, but still, it can't let retail take profit, so it confuses by dropping in the counter direction and consolidating for a longer time to trap as many reatail execution hence consolidation/counter trades.

Now, everything is so arithmetically aligned to keep us trapped as long as possible. I call this exhaution. In short market always makes a sudden/rapid/quick move in favour of higher TF, making new highs/lows, then stretching towards the counter direction in slow and steady consolidated moves to trap as much counter execution as possible before making a new high/low in a sudden move in accordance with the trend on higher TF.

For example, if we are executing long limits/stops at a higher low on H4 TF, it's more likely the price will form lower highs and keep breaking lows in consolidated moves on H1, M30, and M15 TF to align the entries limits/stops orders according to higher TF, is the only Challenging part of this strategy along with few more things to consider never missing out of mind.

As humans, we are bound to make mistakes, and it's alright. Still, when it comes to trading, mistakes are sometimes not affordable, so I wanted to craft something that will let me fix my mistakes, as the market is programmed to make us repeat our mistakes over and over again. Still, everything is put together in a way that one is trapped between making mistakes and fixing them before they cannot afford to fix any more! So what's the solution?

TIME is the answer, my friend! Market leverages time in order to exhaust any execution. It never does go against you'r entry, but every level is aligned to exhaust one before a positive outcome.; it only tries to exhaust you to a point of no return . I will try to highlight this in the next few posts.

Hereafter, we can focus on precise entries as a new account is started somewhere one has to enter, and since the last 10 days, 86/200 trades are open atm. Trading in the demo account, you cannot open more than 200 trades at a time, so I copy demo trades on the live account via cloud copier, else what's the point? This builds a framework to work around this strategy to drive positive outcomes over a cumulative period!

Here are the current stats. I'll elaborate on the three concerning pairs causing major drawdown and highlight the next possible entries and some already closed trades on other pairs as well.

The market is always fair; I'm going to list down the things I could have avoided.

I entered on the last opportunity of highr low on H4 being entry criteria being met in 1 Hr lower donchain channel and stochastic.

Things I could have avoided:

not closing the bottom longs when it had over 70 pips, so it did give us profit. I anticipated the price to move upward, but the catch I couldn't avoid is that the Lower high price was forming after the last higher low, while the stochastic on the daily TF was turning backwards, an obvious trend line can also be obsorved while when it broke the lower Trendline of H4, I kept adding more position, putting limit/stops at a distance of cursor's pointer top and bottom og GBPNZD avg distance comes betweer 25 pips by default than EU 10-15. It's better this way than using a trade manager with fixed steps.


The advantage of trading with the trend is that every execution is favoured with a positive outcome since the Daily TF trend is up in accordance with the SMA, and the 200 SMA is below 200. I'll consider this uptrend. This whole thing, can what happend with GBPNZD, can be avoided in future trades. I'll illustrate this on upccoming post.


You are good as long as the price does not break the previous high on H4 after printing a higher low on H4. Only, instead, it reversed. I could have exited when the price touched the upper donchain channel on h1 but I chose not to, you'll always have ample time to decide but the more you harvest trades above 70 the minimum the DD will be but in case it went against let it be for sometime instead focous on other pairs, in case of a GPNZD long, IT went further down, and a new Low on Daily TF has appeared.

Let's see how it unfolds! This is the only catch, while trading in accordance withthe trend keeps repeating again and again! This needs to be practised and can be avoided

GBPUSD

There is a Higher low printed on the Daily TF after forming divergence on the H4 price price broke the trendline no it is coming to retest. On hourly TF, I have already harvested the move that broke the TL. Now I'll wait for another entry on h1 TF at the confluence of Trend line retest.

EURAUD, GBPAUD, EURNZD, and GBPNZD are four pairs that are generally negatively correlated with JPY pairs, along with the GU, EU, and NZD pairs. This is the reason GBPNZD and EURNZD have given negative drawdowns. This might take some time, so I'll leave it as it is.

When I saw great opportunities on GBPUSD, EURUSD, GBPJPY, EURJPY, CADJPY, and CHFJPY, I entered long and harvested as well. I should have been aware that EURAUD, GBPAUD, EURNZD, GBPNZD, and AUDNZD would be going in the opposite direction.

I should have exited when the trades were in profit or when the trend line was broken, but I kept adding more as it headed down. Now, since the SMA on the daily TF is pointing upward and the stochastic is oversold, I'll be waiting for a divergence formation while holding the negative trades. There are 26 trades on GBPNZD and 23 trades on EURNZD, along with a few other trades, totalling 81 trades out of 200. For now, I'll focus on other pairs and new entries.

And since it's GBPNZD and EURNZD, the space could have been more around 200,000,800 levels, price most likely to touch MR2 before I might be able to come out of these trades. So I'll give it time and focus on other opportunities.

Other than this, I'm good to execute 120 trades.
