I already did

and this one is now much smarter
if you enter value below 50, expert will assume it is your lower_level
but in preset csv file it must be b/w 50 and 95
expert will reject out-of-these-bounds values and set it either 50 or 95

this value will continue with your for ever.... no need each time to reset user_orders . .

i will delay error check to JULY . .
i add just few errors to orderModify,
and one for OrderSend, OrderClose, OrderDelete

please all after mt4 final version uploaded check your CPU-usage
in preset file, there are two variables,, sleep timer in miilisseconds
grok, said it is good for controlling CPU . . usage!!
even if sleep will delay total close, but this is not a big issue . . we are against quick close. since it is a matter of seconds, and market will never fly . .

click on keyboard on: CTRL-ALT-DELETE at the same time . .
then go to TASK-MANAGER
and observe, what happen when you try to close many orders without sleep, and later with sleep function . .

and now you can add your country flag,
just save it as "myflag.bmp" ,,, 24bit under MQL4/IMAGES folder


then you will see it here: try to choose proper sizes, since we can not modify images sizes !!

next: when you click on your flag, the dashboard will disappear, to see chart .. but it will not affect expert operations .. just no painting, no buttons / // RSI continue, TP system continue

RSI will be unlimited, meaning that you can still buy or sell when it reaches 100 or 0.

6. ERR_4 (ERR_TRADE_SERVER) / ERR_137 (ERR_BROKER_BUSY)
— retry after delay (network or broker-side issue)

7. ERR_2 (ERR_COMMON_ERROR)
— log & retry once, then skip (could be transient; worth one retry)

8. ERR_64 (ERR_ACCOUNT_DISABLED)
— break loop entirely (no further trades possible)

9. ERR_139 (ERR_REQUOTE) / ERR_145 (ERR_LIMIT_ORDERS)
— skip or retry later (less common for closing market orders, but possible with pending orders)

10. ERR_4755 (ERR_INVALID_STOPS) or Slippage-related

ERR_4108 (Invalid ticket) & ERR_4050 (Invalid function parameters count) are not the same and are not similar in their meaning or cause.
This occurs when a function (like OrderModify, OrderClose, or OrderSelect) is called with a ticket number that is invalid or no longer valid.

- Using a ticket from a previously closed to expired order.

Not sure if there is a translation error with the above request or I am just not understanding?
But as instructed once the USER_ORDERS # change is made via pre-set file, remove EA (& or close terminal) & add EA (or open) again - then 586 is still present (as it should be).
