A suite update is on the way!

I'm replacing the manual MIDAS anchor point with a fully automatic approach based on Paul Levine's MIDAS method. It will feature automated support/resistance curves along with the T-B Finder and prediction capabilities. Expect the update in the coming days.

1. In the first screenshot, you can see that the T-B Finder accurately predicted the top in bitcoin and is currently penetrating the support curve. Is Bitcoin going to zero?

I chose the Hawkins method over Levine's for the MIDAS implementation. The key difference is that Hawkins anchors to the high and low, rather than the average price. Levine's method allows for porosity, which can be difficult to interpret and trade around. The Hawkins method is more rigid and practical for real-world trading.

Market: XAUUSD (Gold) | M5 | 02 March 2026

Gold opened the session like a rocket off the launchpad. From the 5,275 region, price tore north in a near-vertical thrust, blowing through 5,300, 5,325, 5,350 — barely pausing for breath — before punching above 5,375. Over 1,000 pips in a single accelerated move.

A move like this raises one question above all others: where does it end?

This is what the TopFinder/BottomFinder was designed to answer. The T-B Finder treats every accelerated trend like a rocket burn. The move consumes cumulative volume the way a rocket consumes fuel — and that fuel is finite. The T-B Finder measures the rate of consumption in real time and projects the exact point where the tank hits empty. On the chart, you can see the curve climbing alongside price until it reaches 100.0%. That's the burnout point. One hundred percent of the move's volume fuel — spent.

And right there, price stalled. The candles that had been charging upward with conviction began to compress and roll over. The engine had cut out. From that moment, gravity took hold and pulled price back down toward the support levels sitting below — those MIDAS curves visible on the chart, fanning out beneath the rally like a safety net.

The lesson is simple. In a fast, aggressive open like this, most traders are guessing when the move is done. The T-B Finder doesn't guess. It counts the fuel. And when the gauge reads zero, you know — before anyone else — that the ride is over.

Trading Tips!

Market: XTIUSD (Crude Oil)

When the TopFinder is reading 85%+ fuel consumption, stepping into the buy side is inherently high risk — and most traders should be standing aside. The move is mature, the fuel is burning out, and chasing at that stage is how accounts get clipped.

That said, there are exceptions. If you're catching a clean breakout signal or identifying a trap play that aligns with the remaining fuel — that's a different conversation. In those scenarios, price has already shown its hand. You've got a short-term scalp window, or a reason to hold conviction on existing positions. The key is knowing the difference between forcing a trade and recognizing when the market is giving you one.

February Result — Rapid 200

February closed with a net profit of +904.74 USD. Execution stayed disciplined throughout the month, navigating varying market conditions while preserving capital during slower periods. Risk management remained tight, with entries and exits taken only when setups aligned with the plan.

Year-to-date, the account has generated 5,292.59 USD in realized profit across the first two months of 2026, following January's 3,747.10 USD result. Performance remains in line with expectations, and the approach continues to deliver consistent results.
