I have Birt's TDS2 on a trial and see that it all defaults to GMT/DST at 0. The downloaded tick data is from Dukascopy. I use Oanda GMT-5 as my broker. Do these settings need to change at all for accuracy when running backtests? And I do have DST here in the US.
