I am calling it a day folks... Bulls keep tossing their heads at the gates of 1.1655...

My latest long order was opened at 1.1647.. I leave it open with stop at breakeven.. The rest is up to the flow...

Trade safe folks and hopefully we meet again tomorrow after London opening..

Not to shabby so far this week. I'm not shooting for the stars just trying to make daily consistent gains and replace my income. this weeks is shaping up to be about a $2k week unless I pull off a bonus play.

I need about another $30k to go in my account to get me to my ideal level of confidence to stay home. which will hopefully be within the next few months.

I agree that markets generally attempt to discount information ahead of time, but I don’t think the current situation is fully priced yet. The statement from President Trump just a few hours ago materially changes the risk profile by turning a previously abstract geopolitical issue into an explicit, non-negotiable policy objective tied to NATO and military infrastructure.
From a market-mechanics perspective, such shifts are rarely absorbed in a single candle. They tend to trigger a gradual repricing of probabilities as participants reassess tail risks, second-order effects, and cross-asset implications—particularly for Europe.
We have seen this dynamic before. COVID-19 was not priced in on day one; markets adjusted over weeks as uncertainty and macro consequences became clearer. The same applied after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, when the euro continued to weaken well beyond the initial event.
In that context, stable price action at key technical levels does not necessarily imply full pricing, but may simply reflect a lag while the broader risk distribution is still being recalibrated.

Based on the current price action, I wouldn’t rule out another dip toward 1.1645, possibly even 1.1640, although that should only be short-lived. At the moment, there’s simply a lack of momentum on both sides, bulls and bears are basically in balance. Who will ultimately take control? Time will tell.

Days before???? We are in the "now", in the "today"! This morning I mentioned 1.1655 as crucial mid-level... AND I also kept sharing H4 chart... Don't ignore that I mainly posted H4 chart on below link... What matters is the "recent", the "now", the "today"! Don't stay hanging in the past. (Except when I shared the weekly or monthly you can refer but anything else is dynamic.. try to adapt to what you see and the updates I make..)

As I mentioned earlier, I did not rule out another move into the 1.164x area, price even dipped below 1.1640 which I honestly didn’t want to see. As a result, I can no longer exclude another break below 1.1640, potentially down to 1.1630. However, below that level, the bullish sentiment would clearly be invalidated. I believe this will most likely be decided during the Asian session, which I won’t be able to monitor, something I don’t really like, but sleep is needed as well. For now, I’m still holding my longs and will reassess tomorrow morning. Either I’ll close them at a loss, or I’ll continue to hold and potentially add to the position.
