pin bar trading

Have a couple of hours before this one closes. I normally dont trade during this time of year because of momentum ,liquidity etc this time of year . I'm going to keep an eye on this to see
if it closes in the top 25 % or at least above the previous red candle . When i draw my fibs i look for a high point with 2 candles on each side and the low candle with 2 on each side and look for price to break the high prefer with some momentum .

It turned out well

This is nice set up..will see how it goes . Its a cross with a 4 pip spread for now . It sitting right in between the 50/60 rsi zone .I'll cover about halfway to 1 to 1 .On the daily charts it takes patience.This one didnt quiet hit hit the 50 fib .

Make sure you understand the pattern .No heat here ..target hit .

Engulfing strat . cover now for me. These are just quick moves in the zone in rsi14 50/60 zone .keep a tight risk mm. Learning the particular pattern is important .We want momentum on the engulfing itself ..close lower than the open and the second (engulfing close above the first . Prefer in the top 25%.

Once i get time later if i can i will go over the 3 and 5 bar pivot swings points trading . These will have more losers but a descent strategy .All we are trying to do here is watch a pullback after breaking market structure .Will take the highest point say in a buy scenerio ..we want 2 lower lows on each side of the high point candle or bar. On the right we wait for signal ...a top 25 % candle . These are on daily charts and ok on 4 hour charts . Have a good evening .
