AutoTrading

Once again. The robot was doing fine. Target was reached.

BUT

I once again forgot to turn on AutoTrading. I cannot find a command to do that inside the code. Does anyone have a solution for this ????????

EDIT: I got some code from "padnoter" - a friendly soul. Have not used it yet. Will show it here when it works for me.

In the meanwhile I have worked with another issue. I trade all forex pairs using robots. It is possible to have all 28 pairs on the screen, but the charts are small and it is hard to follow the pairs that I have invested. So I had a dream of letting the robot maximize only the pairs I have invested and the rest should be minimized.

I made it. But this is using Windows code and to be honest, I don't have a shit idea of what I am doing. So don't ask me.

As this is graphical stuff it is important, that your robot does only run the code at every closed bar. Otherwise you will have an extent load on your computer.

The code does not arrange the tiles. You have to push that button manually. I am working on that problem.

Thanks for this, how are you getting on with your bots? What's worked well and hasn't? I'm currently working on strategies that work for autotrading through prerealtime whihc i thin is metatrader. I previously backtested hundreds of strategies involving MACDs, EMAs, OBV & more. (Although at the time I didn’t realise I could change the timeframe, I now do it with 200k units).
