one TP swing high from the left, the other one put on a trailing stop.

it is good to quiet down. make more observations instead of aimlessly putting on trades.
every time frame has its own story to tell. the question is which are the ones that you choose to look at.
the frantic ones and the patient ones. which one?
and when panic strikes, one can easily forget all about the alignment.

the issue is you have to understand yourself. if you can't, then how can an outside person do so?
is the issue that you are taking too many trades per session, per day?
start from asking yourself if you were to take one trade a day, what would be the best set up be like?
maybe it comes from the m30 or m15 chart but it is too difficult to wait.

IMO, we all deal with this issue at some point. The only real way around it is to have a clear plan—and then stick to that plan.
No impulse trades. No emotional detours.
I recently came across an interesting idea: “Why stopping caring about your trades can actually make you win more.”
And honestly, it makes sense. When you genuinely trust your plan, every trade becomes just an execution, not an emotional roller-coaster.
But you can only “stop caring” if your plan already covers the basics:
WHY – Your reason/criteria for taking the trade.
WHEN – Liquidity and volume conditions showing the market is ready.
HOW MUCH – Defined risk and position sizing.
WHERE TO – Your target levels and exit plan.
Once these are set beforehand, execution becomes mechanical and calm.
Less stress. Less hesitation. More consistency.
Success = Practice + Patience + Persistence

ranging 'best m15 set up' 2 chances to buy for 70 pips.
but the main thing is the round number 4200 bounce.

you lost, so you won't be interested in looking at a potential new and better priced set up.

my view is Daily failed to closed above 4246 so that why the drop come.
but now it at Daily fvg and 4H discount,
no 4H EG , but 4H EF.
major bos , may need to see closed above 4230.
now it has bos 5m but at internal range.
i may wrong
cause still no new eg form yet for bull

for the sell side,
market bounce from 4h eg buy to eg sell.
no trade, cause not sure set up at smaller tf
waiting this set up failed and retest for buy
