I always laugh at these people who say these things just because they are not successful.
Otherwise, when you have met someone who isnt selling courses, etc, but is actually profitable from the markets, it changes the course of your trading forever.
Besides, due to the magic of compounding trading is not Zero SUm that is ignorant.
They all act as if real propietary firms don't exist in the professional sense.
Trading always will be filled with Unsuccessful, Lazy, Angry, Amateurs who dont know how to protect themselves or measure their ability for what it is, or isnt.

Based on how retail forex works mathematically, through spreads, commission and average leverage applied, even if you do not make stupid mistakes your probability to lose over a periode of 5 years is about 98.1%. The rest can still be explained by luck. If you add another 5 years periode, the so far successful traders do not have a significantly higher probability to be successful again, because it was luck. With big enough data, you start to see that the losses are almost exactly what you would expect based on trading costs and the negative edge you get when you leverage any position in an efficient market and a zero sum game.

The good thing is.... idiots who truely believe they will outperform and live a happy life as a successful forex trader will punish themselves so hard I really don't feel the slightest need to add something on top of it. You will get what you deserve and you will remember this words at one point down the road after years of wasted time, money and a tremendous waste of talent which could have bee applied to productive things that acutally give your life a meaning.

They lazy, crazy gamblers lose everthing within much shorter timeframes..... not worth talking about them. But since they clearly gamble this is a good opportunity to remind all regulators that they should apply the same gambling addiction protection rules to leveraged retail forex trading than they to for all other types of gambling. So far they don't in most countries. A very big mistake.

It works especially well on the un- or undereducated - aka the MAGA cult
It is financed by billionaire donors who can maximize their power and money by dividing society in two equal sized groups fighting each other, instead of focusing on a more just, fair, opportunity and freedom maximizing set of rules applied to everybody. Just look how much "nobody is above the law" eroded under Trump. Is pardoning criminals like never before to send a clear message.

Plain wrong. Quality media is fact based, logic, science driven, neutral and covers the whole spectrum. If you can spot a political affilation it is not quality media. That applies to left and right wing media. But still, they are not the same and do not manipulate the same way. The GOP especially hates quality media, much more than Democrats do, because they call out all their stupid lies. They build up a massive propaganda machine to counter this effect. Today, a large portion of the US media is not quality media, it is organized, billionaire funded propaganda. The money required for quality media isn't there anymore, because the funding model has completely changed. Almost all Mega Companies in the US have direct influence and even direct controll in the media space. Microsoft with MSN, Alphabet with controlling what you see when you search a topic, META through several social media products and tailored news feed, X through Twitter, probably the biggest current propaganda hellhole and programming interface for the uneducated masses, Amazon through buying and controlling newspapers, Trump through Truth Social and certainly Murdoch through his FOX media empire. Not to mention a broad network of right wing propaganda spreading hellholes financed by right wing political organisations and billionaires money. Billionaires not only from within the US... the money elite is global and no longer affiliated just to a specific country.

Democrats controlling education? Give me a break. Who controls the house, the senate and the presidency and dismantles the departement of education? On who's side are nutjub evangelicals who still think evolution doesn't exist and humanity is a few thousand years old and hail Trump as their orange Jesus? On who's side are all these religous extremists and religous sects in the US? Yes, GOP. Because they rule their believers with similar tactics based on an endless stream of lies and are therefore a perfect voter segment for GOP policies. They are already conditioned to believe in fairytales. Unable to apply rational, logical, scientific based thinking to adress problems in the real world.

Looking at the US media landscape and the fact that about 35% of the US population is completely living in an alternative reality far from any truth, the US republic nears a breaking point, where you seriously start to risk to lose your institutions, your freedoms and your constitution. So far the billionaires are winning and you will likely end up in a technocracy as a working slave with little freedoms if you don't belong to the top 1% (if you arn't there already).

The only way out is to regulate social media and the big tech companies and limit their political influence. To maximise education in all segments of the population, to finance independent media through tax dollars and not advertisements which allow the billionaires to take control of them. America is exactly driving in the opposite direction.... isn't it?

The rest of you questions are completely unspecific and you don't even know what you really ask for. But you can ask yourself what made you think to list these other 4 countries. Deflection? Projection? Blame shifting..... Fact. All these 4 countries still have far better democracies than America, but they are facing similar threats attacking them from the outside and from within. So all of them better lose no time to regulate the big US social media companies and tech companies and stop them to deploy the same democracy destroying mass manipulation technologies in their countries up to a level where they start to disintegrate as well. The threat is real - you can destroy democracies by mass spreading of bullshit, lies, distraction and propaganda and if you don't get punished for doing so, the average citizen is completely overwhelmed and unable to make reasonable decisions anymore.

The technology for person specific step by step manipulation and radicalisation is here and is already fully deployed. A second Trump term and people like you are perfect evidence for this. They can successfully manipulate people into harming themselves and their own personal interests. Best example is retail forex. The same propaganda methods work since decades and people never learn.... even if they have the facts in front of their eyes like on page 1 in this thread, they prefer to believe the lies. It's like in retail forex trading. Stop the fucking lies if you want to improve the situation. Implement regulation and educate... there is no simple solution for the problem.

So the critical point in this equation is: Who is completely nuts to lend hard money (to be spent and consumed by the lender) against BTC (a digital nothing burger) as the only "security" to make sure you get that money back plus a decent interest compensating for the risk? Not that it matters, but I am sure everybody would get far better conditions lending against real estate or something with actual value before he lends against his BTC holdings.

Same goes with Saylor / Strategy. His whole business modell goes under water at BTC prices below 65000.... this is like Bill Ackman telling the world he is short Herbalife so Icahn can jump in with the sole purpose to sqeeze him...... It just takes a a few whales joining forces to sell more coins that Saylor can ever buy while his holding go deep under water and he will be forced to sell... so he tries to come up with a new strategy. He wants to sell perpetual prefered shares with a high dividend yield of 8 -10% to lure in victims, but these dividends can be canceled by Strategy without conditions, if their isn't enough new ponzi money in the pocket because BTC tanks. This way he can pump BTC without ever having to repay or refinance bonds or loans that come due....

The strategy therefore is similar to what Jack Mullers promote, but in this case Strategy hodls the BTC, you are the stupid lender of money by buying the perpetual prefered stock (idealy with borrowed money against your own BTC holdings) and so you become a bag holder ^2 in the end.

Wow.... if this is your strategy you are really desparate. However, the world is full of morons and as long as they arn't protected by reasonable regulation, they can and will be fleeced this or another way.

I live in a supposed full free democratic country where people were threatened with their job if they didn't get the jab.
