I am trading in the Pacific time zone so New York open is 6:30am . Which candle on the 1 minute chart is the first candle of the New York open , see the picture , is it the one that says 6:30 or 6:31 ?

6:30am is the Opening candle, closes @ 6:31am when the next candle Opens.
