think as simple as possible.

weekly, daily, h4 htf uptrend.
h4 bullish engulf to bearish engulf - alignment with htf uptrend.
that is the move we hold onto for intra day.
one market session one move.
asia up, europe up. to reassess at h4 bearish engulf.
why complicate things by including selling? hero die first.

Thanks for these simple break downs ITB, helps to stop me over analyzing.
Still learning this way of trading, and still learning to keep things simple.

Hi there ITB,

Thank you for your response. What you have marked up is actually one of the trades that caught me out yesterday. I have marked on the picture on 30m where i saw a EF and retest with EG for sell after it had come into Daily sell EG

In response to everything else. I may go back to paper account and just focus on these two concepts completely for next several months. The EF/EG and also looking for Riverband entry on LTF

my SL candle close below engulf did not happen.
big bos in my m15. small bos in m1 around fib 50.

BTC/USDT pair waiting for potential long, this pair moves quite a lot pips/point wise, over leveraging was the death to many accounts on this pair.

there's no candle close below the m5 bullish engulf.
a strong break out at ef and resistance with no pullback.
time for a partial profit and BE.

15m now turn bullish,
while 30m and 1H bearish for cmp,
4H and above still bullish.
