INNER TIMER to control RSI orders

we already have our expert timer (external timer)

now to design inner timer . . .

variable tm; that will be incremenetd .. .

you can change 5 to 1000, that mean each 1000 second there will be a new order if RSI condition is satsified . . . this example just for ullustration, not for trading

test: if you wnat order each 2 hours, what must be the new time value instead of 5 ??

anser: 2*60min*60sec = 7200

so we have three timers
expert timer expert_timer
and counter_timer TIMER
and sampling_timer TIMER2
