The price hit the 200-period moving average on the M15 chart and the 100-period moving average on the M30 chart, indicating necessary resistance... if buyers continue, I expect the price to reach the 1.16700 range, a profit target for buyers.

The euro strengthened slightly yesterday after plunging, and the market appears to be starting to hesitate, as reflected in yesterday's indecision candle. Fundamentally, there's hope for the USD strengthening amid the Fed's cautious stance on interest rate cuts.

Quick DAILY Outlook

While many are enjoying the current bullishness, I want to stay focused on what's actually happening:

  1. Today, I will watch the potential reaction of current bear channel's median line: ~1.1524/34 area...
  2. If today's candle (Thursday candle) closes slightly above it, tomorrow (Friday) would be still good to look for selling opportunities.
  3. BUT if today's candle closes way above 1.1524, (like 1.1545 and higher) then and only then, it would be better to switch my bias!
  4. Long story short: For now, my bias on D1 stays bearish. BUT I first want to see today's candle close to take action!

I agree with you.
We need to be careful not to get caught in a retracement trap after last weeks Bearish impulse.
Here I have marked out when I see the 4hr and above Time frames slowly shifting to be bullish.
Until we break and start trading above 1.15500, it is better to stick to a bearish bias.

We are at a decision making point at fundamental key levels
EU - 1.15 Key level
DXY - 100 Key level

It indeed is better to wait for today's Daily Candle to close.

Yes, another cold shower may come, and we must not let ourselves be influenced by the euphoria. Like me, and then I suffered for two weeks in a row with the feeling of now long, now long. Patience and caution, a cool head, prudence. Yes, 1,1524 is for my auch GRENZE!

Weirdest thing happened overnight, my buy stop @1.1501 disappeared, no order execution errors.
Now to consider going in 20 pips later.... hmmm - no.

agree. D1 still bearish for me as long as we trade within distribution zone (orange rectangle). If we break to the downside we should have a potential revisit to 1000. Upper side should be protected for distribution to be valid. One step at a time.
