First of all, you need to record every single entry of yours. This will explain why you losses or win, slowdown quickie finger sell buy without any reason. Also little bit time to clear your mind.

Second you will need this file, i use it in trading view, the rule is simple, looking for OB, OB = cash flow in, no OB = no entry, just copy and paste the file into Pine editor and attach to chart, imbalance candle which is the candle mark with yellow which is low = open or high = open, imbalance candle will be target as TP

Third, never remove the SL, NEVER!!!, You can get multiple losses per day, just entry small with 0.02, or 0.01. losses is experience especially you record it and learn from it. Later when you got some experience, you will know when to entry, which entry is good and which is bad. But have to do the hard work first.
In the end, after a while, you will get the feeling about timming to entry and how price move

Extra: Defined SL is good, define a target level is even better for maximize profit! Minimize SL, maximize TP!

Finally, patience is virtue, some candle is crucial, need to waiting for close before any entry.

Here is the rule (I will edit it much more clear later, it is late in my timezone for now)
1, resistance/support level:
- Looking for OB any time frame, do from top down MN => W1 => D1 =>H12 => H8 => H4 => H3 =>H2 => H1 => M30 => M15 =>M1 (M1 for entry only)
Take the 0.236 and 0.5 level of that OB as key level, the more time frame show in same small zone => the stronger it is. The higher time frame is, the stronger it is!! My best trade come from the D1 OB, which is very powerful. Can refine till H1 time frame is good. M30 M15 only in situation of trending day after breakout or prebreakout which usually is a build up. Not every level will react, please well aware, and always looking for confirmation which is the close of that time frame.

- Here some simple entry method for this: look at the example, last time at the 4008 level, as you can see we got a nice H12 OB. Now look at 0.5 level of that OB. A perfect touch of H4. But it is a weak H1 (tell you about what is weak what is strong later), rejection of M15 and M30. Drop to m1 to entry, look, it give us a OB M1 => market try to hold this level with obvious OB M1 and rejection of M30! yeah we got a nice entry with ultra small SL. At the time we got this entry, H4 still not close yet therefore it is a risk entry, but it still good.

- Note: Only looking for sell OB at sell level, do not looking for sell OB at buy level unless price gonna breakout! (there is always a sign for this) always looking for at least rejection of M15 or M30 to start looking entry M1.

More example about Fibo level, anything move like this, OB after OB at fibo level is very strong move!!! It just like market already buy or sell at some level, then at the next pullback they double that amount of buy or sell!!! It mean it very very strong move will comming up next after that!, if you can catch a entry at bottom of the second OB, if it break, the whole trend also break, therefore no worry to hold lol. It is one of the most favorite formation of mine. The third picture show you the other favorite formation of mine, the Head and Shoulder, the true H&H, not fake. Look at that, they put 2 OB at same level after a high, that is H&H. As before you can see, at the M1 entry, there is also H&H formation in M1! At the forth picture, you can see double OB, one is inside another, which also very strong one, double the power! and look how 0.236 level react. You should back test for it or look at fifth picture.
Always wait for close of the candle, then you can entry at the test level of 0.236 or 0.5 safely. otherwise it could kill your balance quite quick if you can not stay calm

What is weak top/ strong top? What bottom is strong and what bottom is weak?
There is no calculation of strong or weak in market, but price movement show everything.
first of all, rejection must have a test! OB also must have a test at least level of 0.236 or 0.5 to confirm downward or upward for a while, no test = weak.

Second, must looking for long wick/ doji top/imbalance candle which is the place cashflow in but no test or in otherword, show me the money too much, then price will be attracted to those level. A.k.a target level!

Third, one OB in one time frame, also must have few more others OB at same top or inside of it! which make the OB much stronger! as said above, the OB level if multiple stay at same level => stronger => looking for buy sell counter at this level.

Final, a false breakout also a good sign of strong, any false breakout with test lead to a nice strong movement.

Example for this: Look how differrent price movement is, price gonna spike up after whole long journey down, but look at the top, it is doji top in lower time frame, even in higher time frame is a good H8/H12/D1 OB! which still got a nice test of 0.5 level => new question: when the trend of OB is over? (early answer: a close of M30 well above last test level 0.5 and 0.236 of that OB) In the bottom side, we got a nice OB D1 and multiple time OB M15, OB H8 with test of 0.5 with an low time frame OB... there is much more stronger than the top, with multiple buy entry below there. you can check it by yourself for more.

Breakout/False breakout/Retest
- For a breakout: the must condition for breakout is a M30 (first sign) candle close well below the low of OB tail (demand) or higher than high OB tail (supply). This only use for hour timefame, to breakout of D1 there must be a nice at least H1 close below, in most case it must be H4! a breakout will come along with retest, sometimes price test multiple times, some just single M1 test! or M15 test (therefore the breakout need to observe and plan for it). If price already breakout with test but sudden rejected and have a close of M30 or single thrust below the OB breakout test point then stay neutral, keep observe. (Mind this is about upward breakout, in downward it just in reverse of direction of everything)
- False breakout: this is important, in most case, the strongest move come from false breakout with test!. WHY? (explain in next reply). False breakout simple is a breakout but fail!, how it fail? no close of M30 below the Demand OB or no close of same timeframe candle below demand! then after that you can entry it properly! this is so call liquidity sweep! this is the most powerful tool, which use for many cases even in M1 and it als the entry of us
- Retest: ever wonder why price drop to same level twice or even thrice without cut the SL? then after that it bounce so high, this also happen in Demand area creationwhich is also become very powerful level! but how it form? it is an OB stay at old tail level of opposite OB which already breakout, you can call it negated OB if it is 2 candle in conclusive.

Accumulation/Manipulation/Distribution (AMD):
Price always have phases and cycle, pay attention at the cycle of price then it will pay you, there is many lession about this (wychoff cycle, AMD)
This is important one for timming entry and looking for the best entry, (we all trader is always looking for the best entry!)
Other types of phases: Accumulation - trending - distribution (wychoff cycle), Contraction - extension - trending (same as AMD)
Accumulation (or consolidation) is a tight area of price which have at least double bot and top. which market is garthering order. This is difficult zone to entry, always appear with multiple doji in high time frame. Stay out of this zone at most of the times.

Manipulation is a strong push to and get instant rejection after that, this is so called liquidity sweep or stoploss hunt. After that move, it will test 0.5 level of fibo that manipulation move most of the time. Please do observe, it close D1 as wick! which also mean false break.
Note: any old manipulation tail is a strong point, if any M30 close below it then price will start a breakout instantly! and mostly old level of manipulation is a good support/resistance. Look closely how many times it touch perfectly 0.5 and 0.236 manipulation tail>?

Distribution (or trending phase) is a strong move after manipulation test! (test is a must have and also is our entry level) this move can set TP at fibo level extension of 2.618, 3.618, 4.618... any level that got weak top or liquidity at same level or strong top.
