I'd have to agree. Based on this 1MO chart and the 3MO overview, we should be hitting that 1.3 point (or lower) by years end.

I have here in my drafts for swing, range for this drop at 1.15049... I have already added buy, the objective is to reach 1.17273... I already have sell selected, the objective is to reach 1.13130.

Bullish H1 candles are so small, when compared to large bearish candles, the selling pressure is clearly dominant.

What could happen:
"I've seen this scenario before"...
The price could hit 100% Fibonacci and start rising, "however"... A range-bound movement from that top candle on the H4 chart could happen tomorrow, "but inversely."
I have this possible event here, depending on where the movement starts, if it happens... in my draft, I predict it will hit the 1.14540 region... or just rise from where it is now and the bottom of the wick will reach the 100% Fibonacci at 1.15049 and the region...
This is just an idea, as I've already seen a large upper shadow and a lower shadow...
That said, be careful!

The price appears to be heading towards the 20 average on the H4 chart...
The red LT vertically has the same amplitude as the upper candle... 100% of the Fibonacci expansion is at the bottom of the LT...
I'll add a sell at 1.16180... this price makes sense with 161.8, which contains both Fibonacci extension and expansion... loll

Adjusting the LT setting for the H4 candlestick length...
The candlestick size on my MT4 chart in the "App" is "1.111"...
For this "if" setting, the price respects the 100% Fibonacci extension, which is at 1.15049 + 1.111 = 1.16160.

I set:

Sell at 1.16157, Tp 1.15057.

Buy at 1.15052, Tp 1.16152.

"Sentiment of 110 pips for both sides..."

Good Friday morning everyone, I hope I find you well

5Min Price has been slowly and consistently making new higher highs and higher lows, until now, where it just made a lower low after a higher high.

In that case, probability that it is ranging on that scale is slightly higher, so I get in if price gets back into the range, but keep TP small because of that updated probability of 5min whipsaw...
