I made some mistakes!
XAUUSD, taking that floating loss of -$196 with 0.01 lot was a misstep. Just think about how much worse 0.02 could be!
US100, I’ve been holding onto 11 trades for far too long, with a cumulative loss of -$455.
EURCAD, I am so close, almost ready to exit at break-even!
EURJPY, I missed opportunities to add some greens by not adding longs, but am patiently waiting for a reversal to capture some pips.
USDJPY is still dealing with floating losses here.
GBPNZD I don’t know when, but it just freed up some space this week.
EURAUD It’s been a while
GBPJPY If I hadn’t split my trades, I could have had $4,000 instead of just $2,500 (kudos to me, right?). My EQUITY has dipped to 83%, which may look the same to both of us, but I still maintain confidence from a different perspective. As I previously mentioned, anything below $10,000 is likely to be drawn down. I aim to keep $3,000 in reserve, which ideally, I shouldn’t have to use. If only I had kicked off this virtual account with $10,000, things could be so much better. Now I’m going to watch The Negotiator on Netflix and unwind! I can relate to the main character (Starting balance: $6,500; $10,000 - $6,500 leaves me with $3,500). If only I had the means to quickly deposit more virtual funds into my broker from a blockchain wallet, but who has the energy for that? Thankfully, my broker allows adjustments to my VIRTUAL balance. Honestly, before posting the first snapshot of this account, I was around $4,500—it feels very much the same.
GBPAUD Whatever!
PS : We are crazy about virtual money ! Rushing into JPY pairs might have some consequences, but if I must, I might. Back to the negotiator, It was some effort to update so I thought might just make it worth !
