Thanks for the answer, honestly Arham, right now I feel very insecure about every move and pairs… it feels like any strategy I try goes against me. I no longer open transactions because of fear. Im just trying to rebuild my confidence, rework my strategy and technique, and fight this fear that's been chasing me for weeks. I don't want to quit trading, so im taking it step by step and i hope i succeed.

US Govt Shutdown Begins.
have you ever thought or researched how it effects the US Dollar Short term and long term
i wonder...

anyways if i were you i will be looking at tomorrow, because USD today first day might be chaos confusion.
but if i had to trade i will not choose GOLD that is for sure.
it will be very risky.
because there might be some good newws coming today but that is old because those ar ethe result of Sep.
and mostly shutdowns doesnt effect USD in long term,
at not till now.
today even USD index eurusd gbpusd is not effected
YEN is getting stronger because of FEAR it always does,
so

if i were you i will wait for the yen to make a low 146.80-50
and look for 148 again.

and if i traders who only are interested in GOLD because of the wild moves i will be looking for the high NFP,
no matter waht you think this time NFP will beat the 100K.
i could be wrong but if that is correct gold will drop hard and fast.

but if i were you i will seriously avoid GOLD.
because Gold is messy specially now.
do you really think that gold dropped 70$ because retail traders took it down?

you were taught to call it Correction.
i was taught it is what big players do they short the positions at the same time all of them together they are united that is their power.
and then when the time is right they close and we say same 70$ move back.
they understand the phycology of retail traders.
they know most traders are technical traders.
and once they see a fast move FOMO will make them hit that sell button and once that happens if you just waited 12 hours you are done.
gold is back almost 80% in just few hours.
because the GOLD market is very thin.
cannot cover even 5% that is the reason gold makes huge moves
because it is not a currency it is commodity.
eurusd is 16%
gbpusd 12%
and so on
now since digital currencies came along that is about to change,
chinese Yuan is the world's only currency which is mostly E money not printed much.
almost all transactions are online.
and because of FIX rate businessmen investors feels safe to trade in yuan to invest in Chinese Stock market.
it is the thrid biggest stock market with more then 1.3T real money invested.
so yes that matters and also china from past dacade trying to move back from USD.
and as the world's second biggest economy in the world that will change the future of Dollar dominance,

you cannot sell send 1kg of gold and buy electroics from china you have to send them Money.
so that is why for business money is the fuel.
for that logic alone we avoid gold,
but traders who are addicted to gold sooner of later they blow their account and often very very fast.

we stay with major pairs and cross pairs in cross pairs we look for something called FAIR PRICE.
when it is up or below the fair price 200-300 pips we go in and wait for the pair to come back to its natural fair price.
didnt you see usdjpy sometimes moves 100 pips and gbpjpy is down 200 pips or up 200 pips.
YEN is the third most traded currency

the fear of shutdown,
look at the past they always come to an agreement,
it happened 5 times and every single it time the longest period was 13 days.
lets see what happens this time.
and since we have NFP coming i will be careful

as i said yesterday i will be looking fro Pound to sell at high not BUY i cannot afford to BUY
those were my exact words if you read the post.
and i just wish some traders didnt buy and saved their money and maybe some a little bit chance some saw the raw reality i nthe post and decided t otake a chance and sell.
thosse will be happy.
we are just traders, trying to explain what is happening and how to manage risk.
most traders think about profit, the first thing comes to my mind is how much i am risking profit is seconday,
money market is all about how to manage risk.
you guys trade in LOTS 0.1 0.05 that is the illusio nthey created for you,
0.1 is just 1$ per pip trade, forgetting you out up 10K for that trade and you have 2k or even 1K account.
Leverage is poison.
the growth is alowas slow like planting a seed but you understand compounding and use that in few years 1k can get into 10k or even 20K but that will take years careful planing. and excution of that plan.
but most traders are too greedy
i use to trade in lots thinking its just 10 cents or 50 cents trade and i promise you for years i was loosing.
untill learn how to really look at money
now i see % i made 2% today well done i have done good even 1% is fine
if i can make 10% a month average stcks give you 10% a year so iam going 10 times better.
think big think long term,
i hope maybe just maybe some people will try to think about it and hopefully will see how the market should me looked at business
when you open a restaurant you dont ecpect to grow 100% and make you second branch in few months right?
why forex or futures people start thinking differently.
this i business and people are doing it for decades
other then that its ust gambling
no offense i was the best gambler of my time risking my 50% equity holding trade adding more positions.
and lost a lot at one time in my life i was struggling to survive.
didnt have even a good job. after date 15 or 17 i my account was empty.
that is the trust guys.
i am just telling you guys this that every one almost everyone comes to this market hoping to scape the rat race the job the paycheck to paycheck life.
but not many made it out.
first understand in this market your midset is the machine which can make you millions
but that will take time and patience and most importantly learn to understand the phycology of money.
why we repeat our mistakes, account blown and again back after a month or 2 with another 500 ot 1k to make it back.
whats gone is gone.
if you ever started never think baout previous losese that will make you greedy emotional to make the loss back recoverthe loss.
and that is what is thriving this market.
traders always come back
the addiction is worse then drugs,

and my mentor told me to post what i learned how i learned so others may also understand its not about charts or much you can make in a month.
it is how you manage the risk because trades will go wrong
i use to trade 10 trades a day now 2 trades a day.
sometimes 1 good trade is enough.
and to me money is about having time,
to enjoy life if i am trading 12 hours a day in reality i am working for money.
but 1 or 2 good trades and then rest i am spending time doing waht ever i want playing swimming what ever.
that is good life. to me atleast.
because
we only live once, but if we do it right once is enough.

but my mentor he is not like that he loves money he told me many times making money becomes an addiction for some people and then the high you get from grugs from sex from even wimming runner high etc.
you will gettin 10 times more then making money.
so choose your drug carefully.

and tomorrow is NFP be ready we will be trading live.
and hopefully the target is 2% but as we all know NFP can be tricky but last month was good enough to risk 2% without even thinking.
sir will post the analysis on 3 pairs including GOLD.
before the NFP
just advise do not trade in live account have fun in DEMO and see how it goes.

hello guys well well well.
NFP is here.
a double edge sword.

Once thing i will do is against the dollar as iwas told wait for the low in usdinxe. that means sell when it hits the hihg.

but we are going with gold 3890 or above 1h close we will sell for 30$ move.

USDjpy hopefully it will drop before resuming looking for 146.60 and 147.40 even 148 if close first target we will close half trade and letthe other half run and lets see how far it can go.

GBPUSD 13530-50 sell for 13490 when hit closed half trade and will be looking for 13450.

one thing i know is trader will try to catch the NFP move

dont think i am stupid to open 3 trades never.
just one right trade and these are my options.
i dont know yours but i cann assure you USD i will not count out just yet.

as we mentioned many times USd is not dead.
it will bouce back soon enough.

they always do

remember leverage is poison
that is just me just trade in demo and see how it goes.
no man is an Island.
so mistakes can happen with US shutdown and NFP same week when govt is shut down very tricky.
but again LEVERAGE is Posion.
so use it Wisely

lets get real here,
what is trading?
hours of watching the market 12 hours a day,
it is more then usual 8 hours and still 90% loose,
because they dont understand how the market works,
in long term only fundamentals matter.
these fancy charts indicators dont work because supports gets proken big moves happen.



let me give you an example.
if you make money in trading you want to make more and bigger account makes you more money.
what most people never realizes that, this is liquid market.
so we make money we take it out and invest in stocks apple samsung amazon google tesla, starting a business anything but invest.
trading is not investing.

millions are trying to get rich through trading,

because that is the dream that was sold to them.
trading is fastest way to make money.

and it is true to be honest even if you make 5% that is 60% a year and stocks can only give you 10% on average that means 5 times more money.
so yes but you have to look at it as a business not a quick rich scheme,
it is in reality a definately get rich scheme.
slow and steady win,
you have to follow the rules, make principles a system with right mindset,
trust me someday you will realize that this market was designed for middle class to loose money and the 70% of the world is doing a fine job by loosing their hard earned money,
then come back to recove that after saving and then loosing agian,
never thinking why they lost,
never thinking should we understand the code basic of trading currencies which is fundamentals countires economies how they make money how money is spent
economic growth of the country.
how middle class is doing in that country.
soo many things to learn and undertand.
and the funnay thing is techincals i always find them confusing 15m charts telling you to buy 4h daily shows sell.
many people have asked me waht i do, i just look at charts when i want to trade and try to find a good spot to enter and exit
thats all.

and there is more then 1.3 million indicators
i make one my self in c++ it took 6650 lines of code to make just one,
so you really think that programmers are making it for free,
it is a gream scam throw retail traders more and more information and indicators so they will get confused,

before indicators it was lines simple and 1990 there was no charts and stats shows that around 60% were making money by just looking at numbes
Fundamentals, economic growth, and soo manythings traders dont even know or want ot learn,

they are happy to goto schools for 12 years to learn nothing that will make them better future,
just a middle class man or family.

but dont have time to learn for few years how money is made in trading.
and the phyclogy of money is very important.
it was never about making money that is waht i was taught millionaires,
it was and is and will always be about managing Risk.
low risk low reward, it will take time took me almost 15 years,
but who understand and apply them made it
because middle class is just a mind set.

before you start bilding your strategy
you have to change your mindset
how you see money,
the phycology of money,
how it impacts your trading decison even,
many dont even know if you are happy you may take a risky trade.
if you are sad you may do the same,
to make money you need the right mindset.
so nothing out of this world can effect your system.
a locked ssytem.
making money is a game, you dont have to be the best, trust me just play better then others and money is just the outcome.
so many thing hell it will take me months to write everything step by step which i learned fro mthis market in 15 years.
but again time is money so when i am free i post what i can.

i started with FF and was loosing for 3 years.
untill i found someone and believe it or not i have done it for many,
beause its just the power of observation.
you see a trader doing somthing you ask questions and you get answers,
and you learn it is long process but most dont get it.
they want quick returns.
and that is why they are where they are today even after few years even decade in this market.
the real question is never how much you made.
the real question is what you made from the profits.
did you invest did you start a business.
or still working for money.
trading is in reality if you look at it not as a trader but as a investor they know its hard job.
they understand that.
that is why they dont do it.
they find good traders to do it for them.

Leverage in forex can be poison if misused, amplifying both profits and losses. While it allows traders to control larger positions with small capital, excessive leverage increases risk exposure. okay. We see someday there is a lot of important data coming. In such a situation, how to decide that which fundamentals are going to impact the market most? How to derive the sentiment in case of multiple fundamentals at a time?

we dont actually trade focus on news fundamental is what creates news.
the NFP you see is Micro news collected and then you get NFP numbers its not magic its just math.
fundamentals are something different.
fundamental in general is how economy is doing imports exports how businesses are doing because pay taxes big money that runs the country.
every economy is different every country is different.
USA is labor economy
canada agriculture Minrals mines etc.
china mainly electronics.
australia mainly exports to shina gold, copper among other things.
so dear its rahit hole to be honest.
its very hard to keep track.
but fundamentals runs the market in long term not techincals.
because indicators technical levels dont tell you waht powel will say what trumo will do.
now a days politics
japan first female who said in feb that raising interestrate is stupid i remembered that. so we bought 147 i mentioned in my earlier posts.
check out.
and today 153 not bad at all.
well trade got hit 149.50 when market opened but still 250 pips target actually was 100 pips.
that was luck pure luck some times it happens we never deny or say we are great traders no never.
always student of the amrket always learning looking for an edge to make profit
where ever it comes from.
that is what i was taught.
euro pound gold stocks even bitcoin doesnt matter profit is profit.

today is FOMC which might trigger sell in gold
so that is why we are back.
and gold is over bougt on so many levels.
and went high too fast.
when those positions will get dumped because in forex buying and holding gold 1 lot cost -110$ daily swap
and when you will hold for months that is lot fo your profit gone in negative interest.
because of US GOVT shutgown people are russhing towards gold and japan polictical shifit french problem.
so many things to consider.
but we will be looking for high to take 40-50$ move
depends on the movement.
and please do not follow me i am just telling you what we are doing actually we foolow our mentor but again.
my own research how to read understand compile data.
but now days its more politics then about fundamentals.
still fomc might help with over sold gold level.
so we will take 1 trade and see how it goes.
untill US GOVT reopens again we are out.
as i said before i think.
trading is not waht you mostly it is what you don't do.
most traders think they have to trade every day no matter waht.
because there will be movements market moves because big banks do transactions companies buying and selling stuff that makes the price move
but now after 3 years it is not good enough reason for me to trade.
thank GOD i learned when not ot trade.
so few days will not matter i am here for another 30-40 years.

Gold dropped Good on FOMC
the chaos sometimes is good,
and FED memeber are devided.
and also Gold was over bought also.
anyways today it got hit in the morning.
but yes again profit is profit.
we will be back on monday.

just my 2 cents if i were you i will not sell EURO or even POUND.
i will look for the low to buy.

most brokers now offer 500 leverage that is fine.
but new traders get wrong idea about leverage.

see you have 1k account and you trade with 0.1 trade that is 10K
so its 10:1 leverage used in a single trade.
so again my question will be
do you use full 500 times more money then you have ???

example:
i have 1K account 500:1 leverage means you trade with 500K that is 5std lots.
that is Using the leverage.
