I consider H1 a TC because it was from another session and still needs CE on LTF

why place restriction there? h1 is the CE itself. and very recently i have been showing another perspective for h1 trades. huskyboy has become an expert on that now.
by now you should realise that i do not state that there is only one rigid way of entry. i always say at your discretion ........... it is not definite .......... does not need to have all 6 conditions for trade set up..............there are 2 options for you to choose, etc. that is flexibilty.
if you have time you can use layers of time frames to get precision entry.
a busy person won't be able to wait for CE in m5 or m1. yet if he sees it in h1, he can do so. that is the purpose. to cater to as many types of traders as possible.

CE is a concept that is immune to TF. Any TF can have CE, as long as conditions are met.

i understand you , i could use it if it was in the same session or the next candle to the engulf .
