If you check my earlier posts i have shared info to all these questions as well and even in the results screenshots there are always trade entries and exit present if you check the tradovate screenshots…but on original prop firm hub thread…

1. 80% gold and rest 20% nasdaq
2. Yes i take same trade in all the props manually. i copy the same firm accounts but not different firms. Meaning i open seperate tab for each firm and place limit orders….

3. My edge is momentum scalping (futures candles movements are so clean once start moving it goes staright up n down no fakeouts) - usually when gold starts moving in direction it moves for average 6-8 dollars and so i risk 3$ tocapture 2$ thats it and trail the tp if momentum
is strong with sl at breakeven… also i am a buyer as well meaning i always look for buy opportunities even in sell markets as well. Attached fundingticks which clearly backs it.

4. No dca nothing 1 trade at time only. If i see A+ setup then increase the contract size like to 2mini or max 3 mini.

you are lucky with timing (got experience in right time to match trading style and trading object), works only since Ukraine war with gold.

Since volatility in gold is good thats why i an 100% invested in it….. before that i used to trade dow which is similar as well cleaner moves…..
As i always say what works for me not a guarantee will work you.. my biggest edge is my SCREENTIME.

Also checking elite trader funding they have changed alot but still the BS very expensive activation fees... they are not learning from their competition.......

THeir Direct funding 50k looks interesting with 5k drawdown and no DLL but again it requires 15 winning days of atleast 600$ each to be eligible for a payouts, what kinda BS is this....ALso max can withdraw is 2500$

SO you make 9k atleast to pull 2500$ then after 2 payouts they move to live and that mean you have to make 18k in total to pull 5k and then they forteit all the extra profits.... and give a fixed 5k LIVE account... MOFO peak stupidness

ALL TIME BAN TO HIS FIRM ON MY LIST

I want to inform Propfirm traders of how some propfirms employ what I can best term as a "Drawdown Trap" once you pass the and withdraw your hard-earned challenge. In the propfirm T&C, they say that once you make your first withdrawal, the challenge drawdown mark is elevated to the funding level. This implies that you cannot lose a single cent once you withdraw your full payout.
However, if you don't withdraw your full amount, you will be subjected to strange trading conditions until you fail. It is almost a way to just get you off their prop firm platform.

Yes you always have to keep an eye on the draw down and there rules ect. One good idea is to always have an extra cushion... i mean extra buffer.
Drawdown is more important than Account Size !

I like Dow myself. Planning to trade only Gold and Dow next week. Its hard to concentrate on everything.

Has anyone trading for FTMO challenge exceeded the 2000 server limit resulting in suspension and managed to get it unsuspended before? Or for any other reason?
They are quick to suspend but not so fast at restoring it.

So, like me. Have you already started your new challenge? Where are you currently at? I'm in the process of adapting my system a bit to FTMO's rules (Essentially to make sure not to exceed the drawdown rules). I will probably try another challenge next week.

My DARWIN is currently at +2.36%. As of now, I'd need to gain another +3.14% by the end of this week to secure my 30K silver allocation. I don't think that will happen in that time. I started on August 5th. DARWIN was created on September 1st. So far, I've paid the 76 €. The next payment is due on October 5th. By then, I would have already spent 114 € and wouldn't have any allocation to earn from. So it probably won't even cover the costs in the foreseeable future, but I'll keep it running anyway. Maybe it will bring some benefit in the long run (Hopefully before I bite the dust).

However, I think if I haven't received any allocation by the end of October, I'll probably switch from Darwinex Zero to a Classic account. I don't see the point in paying monthly fees just for a track record that won't generate any money in the foreseeable future. That makes about as much sense as paying money for a gym you don't go to.

I started it, watched it and went to bed just to wake up to the warning email about server requests. That was 8 hours into its operations. By the 9th hour I had it fixed but required further observation. The market was slow and it seemed like the problem was solved. By the 11th hour from the start I got the suspension email. 11 hours was all I got.
Then it was Friday morning and I got a hold of my coder and made another EA that reduces the server requests to run on top of the account. Currently testing all in demos until I am satisfied the server request issue is fully dealt with.

And yes, you should try Classic if your EA doesn't need 100K to survive the gyrations of the market.

Hehe. I hope it all goes well and FTMO‘s server room wont explode. No, a 1,000 € Darwinex Classic account even under 1:30 leverage should be enough to run the system. I’ll have to reduce position size but since the risk engine will dynamically adjust it for the DARWIN anyway, it won’t make any difference compared to a 100k virtual money zero account.

ALWAYS start new Darwin's on the 1st of the month so you have extra trading days to potentially reach the allocation target.
