Disliked{quote} No, cannot stack on one challenge. My 20% off purchase was done like 2 weeks ago. I have not taken advantadge of this new offer. So, yes, ultimately I could pick up 2....one at 20% off and one at 19% off.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Ok. Well, i’ve just checked to see if I could buy another 10k challenge for 89€ and I can.Ignored
DislikedIf things continue at this pace, I will probably not have any significant capital there until 2030 (or not at all and will have just paid myself to death with the monthly fee) {image} {image}Ignored
Disliked{image} 5.4% to hit. However with my risk multiplier of 0.49 more like a 11% to hit with the signal account.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I am always open to looking, if you can show it in real numbers. I just cannot see how it could ever be beneficial when you are INITIALLY paying more for what they are actually giving you....I mean $860 for a $1200 max loss with 50% split....so $860 for $600.........how do you ever recover from that? Especially when for $500 you can do $100K high stakes which offers 8K (10K loss @80%) which, even better than FTMO only requires 1.3, so would be $1,150 in personal, offering a value of 6.95?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Keep in mind, the risk engine also caps your DD, so your 4% would more likely be 7-8%Ignored
Disliked{quote} I am wondering if it's because the syatem shows you have a 100K from the purchase you just made. Only traders who do not have a 100K currently are eligible. Are you sure the recent order has been fully cancelled?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yes pip, they responded that I can't have the discount cause I have an active acct and I'd have to cxl it first and buy again at a discount. That as I mentioned costs fees. I still don't know where the rule for old outstanding orders come from but obviously one has to read the site front to back to find these things even if they are there. weird that you have an active acct and still could get a discount.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I took the 20% from the academy on a 200K, therefore still eligible for the 100K. The 19% anniversary offer is exclusively for 100K for those who do not have an active 100KIgnored
So, they add rules as they go. I said why don't you put those rules on your 19% discount banner so it would be clear to everyone?
They won't do that.
A couple of weeks ago I asked them about using SL and if they required that. They said ni, we din't interfere in traders trading style. I posted that here on ff and someone replied that ftmo had contacted them about risk in their account they should be no more than 1% or 3% or something like that. So they do interfere.
You know, everyone says ftmo has been in business for 20 years and are reputable but at the same time, they have been around that long cause they know how to omit and hide rules and come up with new ones when needed. They are pretty good about it after 20 years of practice.
I am still not sure about cancelling the account all together. Need to sleep on it but I have lost motivation to carry on with them at this moment.

Disliked{quote} FTMO has been around since 2015, so 10 years. {quote} I also asked FTMO the answer to the question whether there is a maximum risk per trade and the answer was the following: "Dear ..., Thank you for reaching out to us. There is no specific "1% rule" stated in our official guidelines. We encourage you to always refer to the official Trading Objectives and our complete Terms & Conditions, which outline the rules clearly and in full detail. Please avoid relying on unofficial sources or individual interpretations that may spread misinformation....Ignored
