It is supposed to be 19% off but seems like I paid even more than the regular price.

DislikedThere is actually no discount. I had them clear all my outstanding orders. They did and emailed me saying go ahead, now you can take advantage of the discount. Just to test it, I placed an order for a 100K swing account. It comes up at full price. Maybe during cash out it will apply the discount or maybe not. Who is gonna dare try? This is not at all professional. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Is there a code? I just purchased and used 20% off from going through FTMO academy. I paid exact price minus the 20% off, no taxes, no fees. I used a credit card and being from US, I had to use FTMO-oanda. So not sure if your fees are all paypal and/or using regular FTMO site. Ironically, I had about 10 of those pending orders as well that I never pulled the trigger on. I am going to do a mock order for the 19% off and see whwere the discount pops.Ignored

Disliked{quote} I am wondering if it's because the syatem shows you have a 100K from the purchase you just made. Only traders who do not have a 100K currently are eligible. Are you sure the recent order has been fully cancelled?Ignored

Disliked{quote} So you should have got 20% plus 19% and only got the 20%. I wonder how many they have reeled in so far?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Where would it say that only traders with no active acct get the 19% off? Even if it is there, it is written in small fonts or buried somewhere in a corner. This is their email after they removed my outstanding orders. They knew I have a full price account already. I would like to inform you that your unpaid orders have been cancelled as requested. You can create a new FTMO Challenge order with the Special Deal price.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I purchased a 10K Challenge on June 8th at the discounted price of €89 instead of €155. No VAT. Only a transaction fee of €2.67, which totaled €91.67, and that's all I paid. Regarding your other concerns that FTMO isn't trustworthy, I can only say so far that I haven't had any problems and everything has gone smoothly, as expected. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the challenge phase, so I can't say how things would have progressed further, i.e., whether I would have received a contract as a funded trader and, if so, whether I would...Ignored
