any way +4-6+1 is 16-series . . .

example: is 992 is divisble by 16?

ans: 4z-6y+1x = 4(9)-6(9)+1(2) = 9(4-6)+2 = 9(-2)+2 = 2(-9+1)=2(-8) = -16 = 16 . . . .YES

4z-6y+x could be written as:

4z-8y+2y+x

= 4(z-2y)+(x+2y)

for 992:

4(9-2*9)+(2+2*9) = 4(-9)+2+18 = -36+20=-16=+16 (take |x| value)

4 digits after decinal, then any number 10000 or above remove it .. does not affect:

(+8 or - 8) +4 - 6 +1

+8 and -8 are complements to each other if you lool through 16-eyes
4 digits ===> 4 variables only:
therefore:

-8w+4z-6y+x = -8w+4z-8y+2y+x = 4(z-2w-2y)+(x+2y)
even digit positions like w,y multiply by 2 . .
4(z-2w-2y)+(x+2y)

for 9,984?
4(z-2w-2y)+(x+2y) = 4(9-2*9-2*8)+(4+2*8) = 4(-9-0)+(4+0) =-36+4 = -32 = 32 divisble by 16 and also by 32


why 2*8 = 0 ?? reason: 2*8 = 16 which is divisble by 16. . .so remove it . . it will not effect ginal decision
