Watch out for your trades!


Key Level Rejected at 1.1730
Price attempted to break above the 1.1730 resistance, which aligned with a previous high in the structure. Despite a strong bullish impulse earlier, the pair failed to hold above this level and got rejected.
Technical Notes:

  1. False breakout above 1.1730 suggests buyer exhaustion.
  2. Now trading just below this resistance.
  3. Immediate support lies around 1.1718 (M30) and 1.1712 (H1).
  4. If this short-term support fails, eyes on the next H4 support at 1.1692.

Upside Scenario:

  1. A confirmed break and close above 1.1730 could open the path toward 1.1747 and 1.1752 targets.

Downside Bias Favoured (for now):

  1. Momentum weakening.
  2. Candle rejection at resistance.
  3. A move below 1.1712 could accelerate the downside to 1.1692 or even 1.1661 if pressure continues.

It looks like we'll kiss the 1.1710 level again today and right there upcoming decisions will be made.
New York should be opened at this level, and they will try to push the price one way or the other.
Later, we will have Friday's final news data at 15:00, and that moment will decide how we end this week.
