Pipmaster posted a link to a channel on youtube Mighty Ox Trading who does a daily round up of all latest deals etc. Very handy IMO and may help thin out the runners and riders to a more concise short list.

if you like to live on the edge with hidden rule changes + high blood pressure at time of payout... then BLueguardian futues have a nice deal 50$ + BOGO.... Now they have a 48H payout policy otherwise you'll get 200$

If anyone’s interested, 5%ers have just announced that they now have cTrader available, as an alternative to MT5. (I’ve never tried them, but am on their mailing-list.)

Yes, saw that as well.....I believe USA is still banned though.

It’s open to US-residents, as far as I know? The US certainly isn’t still on their (recently updated) list of restricted countries.

I've taken another look at them, but I'm still put off by all the rules that pretty much restrict your trading style, and by how severely limited the payouts are. A few thousand or so per payout, and as soon as you reach a certain threshold, you're apparently "live" and only get a maximum of 20k account, which then seems to continue to restrict you completely. Let's assume I want to make a living from trading and need 10k/month for that. I have a strategy that yields me at least 2% return per month. So, for that, I would need at least a 500k account and no weird payout caps or companies that want to get rid of me after the third payout. What are my options?

You may have 5 accounts with Tradeify, I belive you'd have max loss total of 75k.
Other options include
a. 5 accounts each at 4-5 different firms or.........
b. put 500K in a personal account
c. put 500K in a personal account
d. put 500K in a personal account
You can scale this pass 1 account at 1 firm and just reinvest a portion of payouts. You seem to be in a hurry. However, with the time you are spending analyzing (paralysis by analysis), you could be passing evals.
There is no perfect solution that is going to check ALL of your boxes....weigh the pros and cons of EVERY option and choose what's best based on your most important criteria.
If payout cap is your #1 criteria, Take profit Trader and Tradeday have no payout caps and DAILY payouts once you clear the buffer

Days like this, I realise how crazy prop trading with consistency rules are.

I bought GC right at the dip today, thought I had set the TP, and headed out to prepare breakfast for my son and get him ready for school. Came back and saw I had 9k+ profit. No way I would be making 45k to withdraw 2.5k. I then proceeded to lose 8.8k to make it more manageable. Now I'm left with 680 profit.

I agree. I cannot trade many of these because I'm in the USA, so yes an individual thread for each prop would be much better for everyone. As it is now, I'm just scrolling past prop firms that don't offer accounts for USA clients... plus it's all jumbled from one prop firm to the next. Cohesion would be better. Much thanks to PipTrader though for still starting a thread to help you make an educated choice...
