This was a result of the wording of Powell's speech. He admits the tariffs are not the end of the world and rate cuts need to come. He just didn't say when. The market in general as does the US economy need rate cuts. This index is of the companies that would benefit the most from a rate cut, small caps.

All who act astonished are blinded to reality. This market has been storing energy for this explosion for a bit. It is how markets work.

Don't be shocked if there is some pullback in different areas. Market needs to stay balanced.
