as long as the take profits are 2-1 risk reward or more you will do ok

We need more systems man keep it up.

It might help you to know for the next 60 systems, that if you have less than a 50% win rate, 2-1 is not good enough and I suspect this system will not win 50% of the time. Just because you set the trade up to be 6:1 (valid thing to do), even with an edge - it is more unlikely that it will hit a profit target that is 6 times further away from your stop loss before it hits your stop loss more than 50% of the time. You don't take a loss James, because you don't trade fella

If you're actually using 250 TP / 40 SL, expect to win no more than one in every 6 trades or so. Size accordingly, be prepared for losing streaks.

Using Bollinger Bands without additional indicators like RSI and CCI is very risky. It’s very easy to get caught in a strong trend and end up with many losing trades.
