it fell a few weeks back from 61.8.. it may test the 50%. mark.. A slowing economy will mean less demand. Russia may want to pump more to fund the war. Although they have limited buyers China and India will take it. The Saudis may be asked to pump more to keep hurt Russia

in 2 h, a close above 1684 leans bullish for early london.eu.. chf -8047 leans bearish... both are on the opposite side now,

Hi all,
I’ve spent ~5 hours today bouncing between GPT, Grok and Gemini trying to get a Pine Script working that plots my Support/Resistance levels on TradingView and keeps everything updated cleanly.

What I’m trying to plot

  1. Classic pivots: Daily (solid), Weekly (dashed), Monthly (dotted)
  2. Colours: R=red, S=green, PP=blue, Monthly PP=purple
  3. DeMark pivots (daily): magenta
  4. Labels on the right edge (so I can see price + name)
  5. Option to show only the current period (no stair-steps)

What’s not working

  1. Lines/labels sometimes duplicate each bar instead of updating
  2. Labels don’t always “ride” the latest bar (I want them pinned to the right edge)
  3. I need the script to refresh levels only on the correct session change (new day/week/month), not every candle

Ask
If anyone can share a clean Pine v5/v6 snippet or indicator that:

  1. computes the levels above,
  2. creates lines once per new period (D/W/M), and
  3. moves the labels to the right edge every bar,
    I’d be super grateful. Happy to post screenshots and my current code if needed.

I think it bullish. It didnt do it,, the 6h close above 1682.3 adds to the 12h closing above 1684. It didnt makin it. Friday and Monday are harder to trade.

Pattern Recognition (5m)

  1. Since London open, there’s a clear ascending channel → break down move.
  2. The breakdown is clean, and the retest failed at the broken structure line.
  3. Multiple confluences: 200 EMA overhead on the 5m, MACD rolling over, RSI not yet oversold (so room to drop).

Liquidity Logic

  1. Yesterday’s low (1.1611) is a magnet — sitting right below current price with stops clustered.
  2. If that gets swept, 1.1600 → 1.1582 is the next obvious liquidity pocket.
  3. This sweep would:

    1. Trigger stops from yesterday’s long positions.
    2. Invite fresh shorts, which can later be squeezed if NY reverses.

Short-Term Target Map

  1. Immediate: 1.1611 (yesterday’s low)
  2. Follow-through: 1.1600 → 1.1582 (weekly pivot area)
  3. Deeper flush scenario: 1.1569 (S2 area on your 1h chart)

Triggers to Watch

  1. A 5m close below 1.1611 without instant rejection = confirmation for deeper move.
  2. If there’s a fast spike into 1.1582 and price holds above it on 15m, that’s your potential reversal zone for a NY session push back up.

I’d say the stop hunt into 1.158x is more likely before any serious upside attempt toward 1.1660+.

I'm riding two Scalps - short, both from 1.1660 with 5 Pips stop Triggered at 9.06 AM. First one TP set at 1.1607 and the next one is at 1.1585. But my hands are on the Trigger

There's also a nice wedge forming on 15 minutes chart. So I like the next 15 minutes candle to break it and stay below.

Its closed 50 pips lower, the earlier indication was right. I still think its bullish above 1575. Its looks to reach for 1624. I dont know if its going to test 1575. 1624ish may support while the chf 8088/89 can resist.

It did, I mean the PA did actually break through that wedge and the target is this. I also have one pending order at 1.1580 to buy. I cant see any major rejection at current level.

That attraction to 1624 unfulfilled so far. A wick to it, followed by +1638 sustaining may be bulls setting up. 1638 sustaining is st on the bullish side. Possible liquid pool in the 1624 area. A green candle closing 1638 after 1624, is a good time to see if other signs develop. adr is about 92 pips. 1/2 about 45 pips. If sustained above 1684, it may run further. 1684 + sustained is a likely breakout. South is always a possibility. Back above 1638 leans bullish. So does being above 1575 now.

Less than 3 hs before lc. the odds for 1624x on a normal day is above 50%. 1637x.. can develop support. It could wick to 1624x.. It's just one of those things. I think the week has it bullish. If it reaches 1624x.. dont be surprised if it rises after. But it requires 1638 to support.. 1637x can be R also. Going with the week leans that 1638 would support and b/o north. Meaning the chf 8088/89 would hold. 8088x.. is the larger s/r between the pairs. If the chf doesn't sustain -8088. the eu may be headed for 1575.

Just in case moved my SL to BE

Hourly (short-term intraday bias)

  1. Strong Sell → Short-term momentum is down.
  2. This reflects the current active price pressure we’ve been trading — hence why your scalps are in sync with it.
  3. Good for moves within the next few hours.

Daily (broader swing bias)

  1. Strong Buy → The bigger picture trend is still pointing up.
  2. This is why the daily pivot at 1.1663 and R1/R2 levels are all above current price — the broader move hasn’t broken yet.
  3. It’s possible to see a dip to 1.1580 area and still be in a daily uptrend.

Why both can be true:

  1. On intraday charts, bears are in control right now (hourly sell bias).
  2. On the daily, bulls still have the upper hand — but they can allow a pullback without damaging the larger trend.

this means 1.1607 → 1.1580 short targets are still valid for the session, and if they’re hit, that’s exactly where the daily buyers might step back in.

Chart’s lining up for a bearish continuation and Windows decides to flash a bear with its cub.
