Sometimes it goes straight mostly to 1444/45 without going lower than the open by much. 1418 is in the way.. clear it and it helps. Its NFP so it may pump to 1444 and continue.. later in early London it may give a clue.. But its still a NFP decision

i should have tp my long yesterday at 1460 but i was hoping for slightly higher.

its against the trend so i should aim for only 30-40 pips

+ tariff deadline, though it may not matter now.

NFP could give clue on sept rate cut, now the odd dropped below 50%

Trade deals are treaties, they need senate approval. Congress never voted on any of the crap the king did. Its finally made it to an appeals court. No president ever tried to take so much power. The purse belongs to congress. Not a king. In the past nothing has been tried so overwhelming. Each other try was slapped down by the courts. I suspect it will happen agai. Once they cut his nuts off, He wont be able to bullshit the followers

He dont now, or will get 2/3 to vote yes. He just likes to act like he has more power than he has. The forefathers warned us about him. So did another book about a "wolf in sheep's clothing"

A wick out of the channel but then bear kicks in 1425 also where daily pivot is.

i cannot rule out a visit to 1390

i m still expecting a bounce first pre nfp but a hourly closed above tl is required

maybe a pump and a dump

Are the courts likely to enforce the fact the tariffs are illegal?

Polymarket says no....would love to take these odds if there was a chance they would.

Who is to say.. they already said nothing he does is illegal. The poor bastards he is bankrupting seem to have no rights. I'm not to old to remember when the GOP was against telling companies how to operate. I thought they were for free markets.. If you live long enough the world is flat again. Now we got a idiot telling Walmart etc not to charge the tariffs to customers. Like Walmart's stockholders are into that. Its like the big ass wall he built, that Mexico paid for. Its all show for the neuron challenged.

The guy auguring for the companies Neil C ( i forget his name) He has one of the best records arguing in front the Supreme court. Neil wrote some of the laws

Yep its mind blowing and scary to see how he behaves and how quickly its accepted as the norm.
Maybe, its just that outside the US I don't see any resistance. I hope thats the case and that something happens before all respect is lost for the once land of the free.

The law his lawyer quoted. That trump thinks allows him the have the power to tariff. Is his reason for the tariffs. The problem being, the law does not mention the word "tariff." That may be a problem. Then again the constitution doesn't say, anyone is above the law either.
